You know, I often have to live in different hotels due to constant business trips. So this hotel has remained in my memory as a place where it is definitely worth returning with friends, soulmate, or children. You can see and feel that the owners have put their soul into it, comfort, it is not only a beautiful place with a wonderful interior and landscaping, but also a place where you can sleep sweetly in complete silence, like somewhere in the countryside. Next time we'll try to stay in a room with a fireplace. The cost of 10t.r / day corresponds to the comfort that you receive. I recommend. The only thing, perhaps, is a pity that there is no delicious breakfast (none at all). He reminded me of villa rose in the Czech Republic.

Cons - unstable WiFi. Hot water is not hot, but "warm". It will not work to take a bathroom due to the fact that when it is filled with warm water, it will finally cool down. It seems there is no hot centralized water supply and that's why all the problems. If you book from Russia, keep in mind that in Kazakhstan it may turn out that you book through an armored car. And at this stage, you can be deceived like us. For the price of a suite, they were settled in ordinary apartments. When we arrived, they started telling us that someone had called them for us and said they had done so.... in general, the rest turned out to be spoiled. With this attitude, I don't want to visit the country anymore...

Despite the beautiful picture, the service is just terrible.
The room was downgraded without warning. They did not want to solve this error themselves: they wrote it off to the Islet aggregator. But it is the obligation of the hotel to check whether the information about the hotel is correctly posted on the partner's website.
As a result, they ruined my husband's birthday.
An iron is not provided, ironing service is paid.
This is explained by fire safety. But there are kettles and microwaves in the rooms. But we did not see a fire protection system in the room.

We booked a room with a sauna two weeks in advance. Upon arrival, they said that they were already living in our room. They didn't stay.
