Yesterday we visited a coffee shop with my wife, ordered L-sized coffee. After preparing our drinks, we found out a very unpleasant news-there are NO lids and cup holders! At a minimum, you should warn about this and offer an alternative even BEFORE paying for the order. Do you think I should walk down the street with a terribly hot glass (the coffee in which was definitely hotter than normal)without a cup holder and WITHOUT a LID??? The barista didn't even apologize after the remark from us, but just threw up his hands and said that he couldn't do anything about it, and the girl standing behind him just watched the situation with a smirk on her face…
Impressions from the point remained extremely unpleasant. I don't think we'll visit this point again.

It seems to be a good coffee shop, and I always liked everything, but the last situation completely changed the situation about this place. A barista with a dissatisfied face communicates in a rude way, and also does not navigate the menu, as if they are not trained at all. There are always no lids for large glasses and cinnamon. The coffee was made just disgusting last time. I won't walk anymore.
