I understand that cocoa consists of milk and cocoa powder, but the proportions must be observed !
As a result, today I received heated milk with a light, not even Taste, but smells of cocoa
Plus, the points were not counted today (they said there was no Internet), while everything was paid by the terminal and your system application was working
I couldn't scan the points, I couldn't drink the traditional cocoa (there was a light girl I hadn't seen at this point before)
In the application, they could not contact support accordingly , either , since the order did not appear there

A point on Bobruisk Street. Opposite Galileo. I go there for the third time and am "charmed" by the service for the third time. Last time out of three people (!) my order was lost, and then it was mixed up.
The day before last, they showed me pain and fatigue with all their appearance.
I finished it off today. I'm coming in. I stare at the cashier's girlfriend, who is busy with the phone, for a minute. I'm waiting. Ignore it. After a while, I say "hello" to her, and, oh, horror, how dare they distract from business. With the look of a dying deer, they slapped a glass on the table for me without making a sound.
Yes, almost everyone can have problems with employees. But keeping those who are just slowly killing the business and reputations of the points is a pain.
My first negative review in a thousand years of life. But how much do you have to be a disgusting employee to spoil my life armor mood.

He can't make a raf with whipped cream as an additive, but a ripe cherry raf with the same whipped cream can.
I had to wait 20 minutes for an order from two positions, which is a very long time for such a small order, especially in the forecourt, although there were few people in the morning. The barista simply collects orders, and then slowly, somehow begins to bear the cross and heavy burden of the coffee maker.
The raf itself is bitter, which again is unacceptable for this coffee drink. Well, the portion itself does not match the ordered volume.
Perhaps the barista is a beginner and still does not fully understand that the work should be done efficiently and in a timely manner, but then, in this case, it would be more logical for the management to provide help from a more experienced employee until the new barista learns how to do what is required of him.

The coffee shop is located next to the train station, that is, many people buy water for the road, but it is inconvenient to carry it in a glass. The barista is distracted and does not remember what was in the order: she mixed up both of the two positions. The puff was not very fresh. There is a strong shortage of staff. Sometimes I had to wait 15 minutes just to place an order, since 1 person works, I don't say anything about waiting for it to be completed.

The barista does not know the menu and prices, was distracted to chat with her friend who was sitting right next to the cash register on a guest chair, which is why she was not interested in serving the customer efficiently and helping in choosing a drink, refused to buy water at the request "can I buy water from you" received the answer "unfortunately no" although there was a refrigerator in which there were 0.5 bottles of water , I do not know the name of the barista since there was no badge, I put 2 stars only for the taste of the drinks , I was as dissatisfied and dissatisfied with visiting the institution as possible

The first time it was Paris-Brest, with a spoiled cream, I realized it only after trying it.
