A good coffee shop, the barista is friendly and hospitable. If necessary, it will help with the choice. The coffee is delicious, I liked it, and it also has a heart. I also took cocoa to the child, and they drew a cat. My son loves them. Thank you again, the child is delighted!

The worst Copycat I've ever seen. There is nothing from the menu except regular coffee, there are no author's and seasonal ones. And then it turned out that there was no change from 20 rubles. 20! rubles, not two hundred. At the same time, the girl at the counter simply said that there were no drinks and no change, no solution was offered, and even "sorry" did not sound once. In short, I'm impressed with the service, and I'm awarding the girl the Employee of the Year award.

There is always something missing, you only find out about it upon ordering. There are no employees on site all the time, usually during rush hour. 50/50 you may get rude or friendly. You either close this point or put it in order. The barista's jackets are lying on the floor, they go to get the milk themselves, they never work on time. Half the time, you leave with a bitter slush and an attitude like you owe something.
