Then he threatened me with some kind of protocol for filming in a public place. He says I'm going to make you some coffee and you're going to get out of here. It was very unpleasant to listen to all this, I was shocked by the rudeness and arrogance. I saw a phone number in the receipt, but unfortunately the number was fictitious, a woman picked it up and said I'm in Moscow now and they call me a lot. I don't go to this place anymore, although I often go there for work and I don't recommend it to others, but since there's nothing nearby, and there are a lot of students, they have to go there.

I ordered halvic cocoa with topping and marshmallows from the seasonal menu, as I tried it here a couple of weeks ago, I really liked it. This time it turned out just awful, there is no cocoa taste, halva too, it doesn't even smell. Marshmallows were about five pieces at most, and thanks for that.
It's good that at least the milk was poured, and it was scalding hot ...
I asked again if they forgot to add halva, in response: "Everything has been added."
One disappointment.

Complete anti-sanitation! The trash is constantly loaded to the limit, the bathroom is dirty, there is always no soap and hand towels! Coffee is made with loose hair, there is no customer orientation.
Raf tastes like cappuccino, cappuccino tastes like cake with milk.
In October, there was a wonderful barista who made wonderful coffee! What happened now is beyond comprehension!
