Very inadequate employees work in the morning. Of course, I understand everything, but to break into me with claims that "entering a closed coffee shop is too much" and they have a technical break, ALTHOUGH:
1) the door was open! (what did they tell me with passive aggression that it doesn't close with them) do you have it that doesn't close at night? or maybe it's a repair problem? or maybe you need to lock it with a key if you're leaving?
2) and there was no NORMAL sign that would attract attention! and that handwritten leaf hanging somewhere on top, well, sorry, does not attract attention in any way and does not inform about the break.
3) as a last resort, it was possible to calmly explain the situation.
If I could, I would put -5 stars. I'm sure they would have ruined the coffee too. I don't advise anyone to run into you in the morning and spoil your mood))

Dear administrators of this institution, hello. I would like you to pay attention to the work of your employees. If it says that the coffee shop opens at 7.30, then I would really like to get coffee at 7.35-7.40, and not hear "there will be no coffee yet, the machine needs to warm up for 7-10 minutes." And so it is almost every morning. You're a coffee shop whose main income is coffee. If your employees can't manage to arrive at work 15 minutes before opening and warm up the car, then either change the work time or decide something with the employee schedule. Thanks!
