I went in, I asked for my tea, they said we forgot ...I looked again, there was no sentence like let's make it again, so I can't wait any longer, I'll come back, then I can take it anyway, I said (don't do it), they said I left. I went again, explained the situation, looked at my face again and said sorry, so I gave money again and left because it made me think that buying coffee was to put myself in a pure place.Now I won't leave unless something important happens again.

Two stars for interior/exterior and mild coffee.
Minus three stars for the incompetence of the staff (they do not know the menu, they do not know the availability of components at the moment), confusion in the order (at first they did not include lemonade in the receipt because they did not hear and did not ask again, then they brought another one instead of cheesecake), mediocre baking quality and a long wait because they did not warn about the need to pick up order from the barista's counter. They refused to make pizza at all, because it was long, and the time was late (22:30)

Pleasant atmosphere, interior, there is a coworking room on the second floor. Clean and well-groomed, the toilet is the same - without garbage. But there is a problem, it is very hot - the air conditioners do not work in the coworking as needed. It is tolerable to be on the ground floor. A big minus is the preparation of coffee. Employees can chat among themselves for a long time after they have taken an order from you, and only then start making coffee. That is, you can just stand and wait while they talk. This is an unacceptable service! The cost is lower than that of Starbucks by 15 lire, if you compare a large volume latte. Taste - you can drink, but the baristas are mediocre.
