We were here three times: on May 27, twice, first with a friend, then with the children, and on May 29, 2025. On May 27, a girl took the order, a cashew latte was excellent, the interior was a delight, games, in general, after a few hours she returned with the children, ice cream (5 rub) was: a ball of ice cream, a ball chocolate, with topping, waffle tubes, marmalades - the children moaned with pleasure) Returned on May 29, the order was accepted by a young man, my order: the same latte and the same ice cream. As a result, the order was waited for 27 minutes, in fact, the coffee turned out to be barely warm, the ice cream was just two chocolate balls. More people came up behind us, and there was confusion with the preparation of orders. The man started accusing everyone that we had all mixed up our orders. Then he began to reply rudely and with a dissatisfied look that he issues orders as soon as they are ready - wait as long as necessary, but our order was one of the first) When we were waiting for the order, he and another man (he has access to the camera, but said that he was not an employee of the cafe) read reviews about the cafe loudly enough and the person who left the unpleasant review was called a collective farmer. When we left, I showed a photo of ice cream from May 27 and said that the coffee was barely warm, this "non-employee" told me everyone makes ice cream in different ways, and in general, I don't like it, don't come! After that, I couldn't leave so calmly, I asked for a book of comments and suggestions. The man behind the bar said in a boorish tone that he needed to keep an eye on me so that I didn't damage the book, but he had a lot of people and until he let them all go, he wouldn't give out the book and I had to wait. To my indignation that he didn't give out on demand, he was rude. I turned on my phone for video shooting and after that the book was brought to me by a young guy who also worked with him in a cafe. I described everything there briefly, my son and I were already very late, our hands were shaking because of rudeness and arrogance. But I will definitely make sure that my entry is executed in accordance with all the requirements of the tax legislation of the Republic of Belarus, So you can only come to the coffee shop when a nice girl works there. I hope the management will respond.

1. Service:
- I ordered a milkshake.
- I waited a long time, but you can turn a blind eye to it, because there were a lot of people in the cafe.
2. The quality of the drink:
- It turned out to be warm! This is simply unacceptable!
- How can it be warm if it's on the menu in the cold drinks section? 🤔
3. Overall impression:
- I understand that mistakes happen, but this is serious!
- I don't want to come here anymore, although I used to like it.

Unfortunately, a visit to this cafe left a lot of negative impressions. We ordered the dough and expected our order to be ready within 10 minutes, as we were told. But in the end, we had to wait a whole hour!
The queue is not respected, and orders are executed not in order, but according to the principle of "which is easier" or "which is faster". It's very frustrating.
We ordered Bubble Coffee with nuts and Mango and Passion Fruit with green tea. In the end, we got regular coffee without the taste of nuts and sweet lemonade. And for each 11 rubles! One difference from regular lemonade/coffee is the presence of jelly.
Yes, the interior is really nice and there are a lot of games for the company, which adds a pleasant atmosphere. But an hour of waiting for your order spoils the whole impression.🫠

But there is also a disadvantage when there are a lot of people, you have to wait quite a long time.

The place itself is good, but yesterday we were there with the girls and they made us one of the drinks not the same as we ordered. The cocktail had to be thrown away. The girl said that the drinks on black tea are made warm, and on green tea they are made cold. Mark it in the menu.
The tapioca was tasteless and undercooked. Also, at the very beginning, I asked the girls to clean the table - the request was ignored. They wiped themselves with wet wipes

It is very stuffy , the air conditioner does not work and the open window does not help , there are few seats and they are dirty , the price is high . When I came over to ask why it took so long for the staff to be rude and yell! The terrible coffee shop is no longer a foot!!!

In principle, it's not a bad and cozy place, but at the same time it's too crowded and if 3-4 people are serving, you can sell a cup of coffee for up to half an hour. The last time I was there was on March 6th, the coffee was disgusting, I don't think it was the barista's fault - since the grains in the mill looked strange, I even drew the barista's attention to it.

We took bubble coffee several times and in the new bubble tee menu, it's just terrible. We asked for the drink to be warm, but in the end, when we left the establishment, we realized that our bubble coffee was far from what we asked for. The other drink from the new menu is simply impossible to drink, it is insanely sweet, to the point of disgust, the tongue is simply numb from syrup or a large amount of sugar. I really hope that the staff, before selling such drinks, tried them themselves. We also took cakes, they taste and smell very much not the first freshness. I don't recommend this place either because of the staff, terrible service. I don't know about other drinks, but bubble tea and coffee are just terrible.

It turned out to be such a coffee. It's better at home in a typewriter. The children did not finish the cakes, citing not the first freshness. We took a seat at an empty table, where there was garbage left after past visitors, although there was no trace of visitors. They asked to remove it, they removed it, but not immediately.
I understand that Rechitsa is not the capital or even the regional center, but the prices are the same, so the service and quality should not be worse.
One of the advantages is the loft and atmospheric interior. This place will find its visitors, rather because of the atmosphere. I do not advise gourmets.

I took Ice Coffee for almost 5 rubles, I'll say right away that it pulls 3/5, because I'm from Minsk and when I took coffee for 2 rubles in a regular mass market. And to be honest, the taste is exactly the same, nothing unusual. I understand that this is a coffee shop, and the prices don't really bite compared to other coffee shops, but still.
