An unpleasant barista. Rude, unfriendly. Executes the order as if it were free. I'm a coffee lover and I used to buy coffee every day. The last straw was when, at my polite request to make a latte, she raised her voice at me, literally shouting that she was out of coffee. It's a nightmare. Such an employee is only at a loss to the business.

The quality of the drink is very expensive for this. Expensive sandwiches. When asked about the cost of lunch portions, they grumble in response: "Everything is indicated in the menu", the printout from which is constantly moving. Often there is no change or small coins. A new lady with glasses is regularly seen secretly photographing visitors or just passing/standing by the elevator.
