They complete everything very slowly. A relatively simple order took 40 minutes to prepare, despite the hall not being fully occupied. Additionally, it took an unreasonably long time to bring the change from the tip. The waitstaff are often inefficient. We visited twice; the first time I assumed it was an isolated incident, but the second visit was exactly the same. This is the worst service we have ever encountered among prestigious establishments.
