A great place with a very good and thoughtful menu. Excellent breakfasts and lunches. Friendly staff. There is a large parking lot in front of the restaurant. There is even a children's playroom inside. I definitely recommend you to visit.
Stylish fashionable place, delicious. But the prices are too high, and there is a strange kind of service in terms of communication. They asked for money for a small sauce plate broken by a child. With such prices for dishes, it's quite strange.
The interior, the variety of dishes, the working hours and the location are excellent.
But we were not satisfied with all the dishes:
- The Greek salad is cut into pieces that cannot be put in your mouth. It is seasoned with a huge amount of soy sauce, which greatly interrupts the taste.
-Georgian salad: it only has a name from the Georgian salad.
-Seafood ramen: It's the worst you've ever tasted. The cook should be ashamed of such a dish. It contains 1.5 shrimps and disgusting fish broth.
- Desserts, coffee and breakfasts were worthwhile!
We were completely dissatisfied with the work of the waiters. There is a call button, but you have to wait up to 20 minutes after a few clicks. Dirty dishes are cleaned only on call / request (look at the previous sentence and remember how long you have to wait). We gave away some dishes immediately after we tasted them (i.e. in full), the waiter did NOT ask what was the matter and silently took the dish away.
I was there several times last year, maybe something has changed now, but then I didn't like the very long service. Once it happened that I didn't wait at all, I ran in for a cup of coffee on the way, ordered, sat for about 30 minutes, didn't wait and left. The kitchen is ordinary, something is normal, something is not very tasty, in general it is normal. Cappuccino coffee, by the way, was different, the first time I did not like it, the coffee tasted very weak, the second time I went there was already normal. But I really liked the interior, panoramic Windows, very bright, well decorated.
I really like the place with its beautiful atmosphere and decor, but the service is lame and there are nuances on the menu, and I advise you to visit the institution!

Despite the fact that there were not many visitors, the table was dirty (the waiter wiped it) but why, with an almost empty hall, they do not monitor the tables, there were 2 pepper shakers on the table, I had to "steal" salt on another table like in a canteen. Waiting for breakfast for about 30 minutes is certainly strong, 30 minutes to wait for eggs with sausages (Scottish breakfast). And a sandwich with salmon and poached eggs is too much. Moreover, when breakfast was brought, everything turned out to be cold. There were shells in the fried eggs.(which is a big omission for an institution with such prices). Tea with strawberries and mint is delicious, you can order it. What there are no complaints about is the interior, everything is beautiful and modern.

On 24/02/2023, we visited this cafe again in the hope of having dinner and just having a quiet conversation, but alas, expectations were not fulfilled.
1. The girl at the next table turned on the video call on the speakerphone, there was zero reaction to the waiter's remarks.
2. The waiter, not finding a better solution, turned up the volume in the cafe's audio system and had to talk with more effort.
3. Georgian salad with nuts resembled a universal vegetable salad with a slight reminder of nuts.
4. Tea was served last, although we asked to serve it first.

In general, the Coffee boom establishment repeats the fate of the infamous Perchini restaurant.
The conclusions are obvious -
* cafe owners are more interested in their profits than in the reputation of the establishment,
* the receptionist and waiters are not interested and do not know the situation among the visitors,
* dishes began to be simplified as desired by the chefs of the institution
IT IS NOT RECOMMENDED TO VISIT.
I'm lowering my rating for the condition of the children's room. If you have it, please keep it in order. There are no toys, but those that are broken.

At first, I made allowances for the fact that they had just opened, then I allowed the administrator to hang noodles on my ears that everyone was sick today and that's why it took so long and the avocado was not fresh. But today was the last straw. The latte was carried for 20 minutes, and the cinnamon, which I asked to pour into the espresso, was poured on top of the milk, ignoring my wishes. I hate when cinnamon is sprinkled on top of milk because this cinnamon dust flies up my nose when I drink coffee! I don't set foot in this place anymore and I don't advise you if you are looking for good service and delicious cuisine.

The food is delicious, the staff is friendly. The atmosphere is super. But, orders take a very long time to carry. And 3 dishes for 3 people were brought at an interval of 10 minutes each. I had to eat cold food
The restaurant and the menu are at a decent level (especially for Uralsk). However, the service leaves much to be desired. Waiters do not always approach from the first call on the button, the waiting time for dishes is very long, which leaves a not very pleasant impression.
The waiters communicate rudely, - you should come earlier! - although there are 30-40 minutes left before closing.
After such an answer, I would like to speak out, but I did not want to upset and seem rude, most likely we were tired at the end of the working day.
The service is barely there. Despite the fact that there is not a full landing in the institution! They brought hot coffee first, tiramisu after 15 minutes, and at the very end cold pizza and overcooked pasta! What is the feed sequence?
