Coffee Boom in Semey is an excellent coffee shop for work and leisure. My friend and I came to this city on business. We needed to sit and work somewhere before we left. We chose Coffee Boom and did not regret it. We ordered coffee, then tom yam, then tea with raspberries. Everything was delicious. Thanks!

We were on a weekend evening, almost full boarding in the hall. The waiters are just great! Fast, collected! We ordered coffee and desserts. The coffee is normal and delicious. Viennese waffles with ice cream and strawberries are very tasty! In a serving of two large waffles, you can have one serving for two. The second brownie dessert with ice cream and popcorn is also delicious and of decent size. There are a lot of items on the menu, and the choice of dishes and drinks is rich.

It does not correspond to the franchise, I was in the same institution in Karaganda and Astana where the service and maintenance are much better. In Semey, everything is bad - it is not possible to wait for the waiters, the menu is torn and greasy as if they were wiping their hands on them, the waiter walked around the hall with someone else's dish and approached each table and asked - did you order this?! I ordered a hodgepodge, it's just terribly not tasty! It's a disappointment.
