Poor mom, she was modestly silent so as not to spoil our mood, but she never finished eating. I called the receptionist — she said that if the dish is eaten by more than 10%, it cannot be returned. That's understandable. But we weren't even offered any compliment to make up for the cook's guilt, as is usually done in presentable cafes and restaurants. As a result, a spoiled mood, upset writing and disappointment in the Coffee BOOM. Doesn't the cook taste the food before serving? What kind of attitude to customers is to serve not meat, but rubber?!
My favorite chain in Astana and Almaty, the best option for business trips for lunch and dinner. I especially recommend ramen with various additives, salads of all kinds. The portions are very decent in size! It is necessary to calculate the forces when ordering)

The portions are large and assertive, the cuisine is at a high level, but there was also an incident, which the cafe staff quickly decided by offering a free dessert. The prices are not high, but 12% VAT is immediately included in the bill.
We found this place ideal for the price / quality of the dishes, everything is very tasty. The shrimps in the batter are slightly insular, and coriander or celery is added to almost any dish, which not everyone likes, including me, I asked them not to add)))

The service was terrible, the breakfasts were served for 50 minutes, and this with an empty hall. To our remark, the first person was brought in 20 minutes, the second in 40 minutes and the third in 50!!!! Minutes and these are egg breakfasts that you can cook there for so long.

It's just disgusting! I ordered a Turkish breakfast through Glovo, and they brought me an incomplete fried egg (photo 1 - what I received, photo 2 - as it was in the picture in the delivery).
I wrote to the delivery support, asked them to figure out what was going on, and they told me that THIS IS OUR TURKISH BREAKFAST, THAT'S HOW WE DO IT FOR EVERYONE! Complete bullshit!!! In the delivery photo, all the eggs are well-fried! It's just that Coffe Boom Cafe doesn't want to take responsibility and refund money for a poorly cooked dish!

Raspberries and a bunch of syrup are floating in 400 ml of boiling water, and a tea bag is packed next to it. This is tea for 1000 tenge. It's too much. It seems to be cheap, but in fact it is not and everything is very mediocre.
The service is good, the only thing is not all the menu is there. Sweets are limited, there is no pink menu. There are no cocktails. As it is, the atmosphere and service are wonderful. Especially the waiter Alexander😊
