So this institution is dying, as usual in Kyzylorda. When we first opened, everything was fine, the service, the kitchen. But it takes some time and that's it. The service is so-so. The service is generally zero. The kitchen is already lame too. The administration is sitting like a mouse somewhere in the corner. I think they're starting to save on salaries. Therefore, competent staff leaves. As a result, the owner of the establishment makes it worse only for himself. You need to keep the brand, otherwise you will have the same customers as your service.

I often visit different establishments in Kyzylorda, but for the first time in a long time I tried real, properly cooked (not too sweet, not too watery, and everything is normal with color, and there is enough fruit in a glass) lemonade. The waiters are constantly huddled together, and inattentive, it happens that you turn to them, and they can walk past you and not even look back.
The average rating for the kitchen. Tom yam, of course, do not know how to cook, from the word at all. The pumps were tough. The borscht is not bad, and it even turned out delicious)). Coming to dinner in the evening in a quiet, peaceful environment is the best option. Of course I will come again, but you need to learn how to cook according to the menu.

I give two stars only because of the location and interior.for the kitchen and service, zero, I have not seen worse service, the story is that I came to sit for the first time in this institution, sat literally 3 meters from the counter where the waiters and bartenders are standing, so in 15 minutes no one came up, although they saw that I came to this institution and there were free people .I went up to the bartender, he convinced me that they would come to me now, but in the end I can only describe this place in one word, it's a disappointment
