Direct with a question about availability, etc. - the same thing, they answer rudely, but if you bought something and write them a laudatory review, then they respond like the nicest people, with hearts and emoticons. Also, the photos show the model more than the clothes themselves. Sometimes it's completely unclear what a thing looks like.
