The place for a beach holiday is a good one. The dining room is right on the beach with views. And the family rooms are large and comfortable. The food is good. Meat, poultry, vegetables every day.
But everything is kind of forgotten . It's falling off here, it's flowing here, it's broken, it's broken off. It feels like the owner is on vacation for a year. Change the manager and everything will be fine.
If you go along the beach to the right, then the paths on the cape are beautiful. If you turn left, then after a couple of km there is an excellent and long promenade with cafes.

If you do not take into account the slightly outdated condition of the hotel, then everything is fine!!!The sea is nearby, the beach is clean, but sometimes vacationers themselves scatter cups from the water…The food is good, the rooms are also not bad.The staff is friendly, taking into account the language barrier, they are just great!!!Special thanks to a very good man, Suleiman.Who helped with many questions that Anex Tour and its staff simply cheat on, profit from tourists!!! This person also helped to solve the issues of the hotel, speaks excellent English
In Russian, this is undoubtedly a big plus for the hotel!!!

We vacationed with my husband at this hotel in September 2022. The hotel is located on the outskirts. There are no shops or restaurants nearby . The sea was cool and windy . It is understandable, this is the Aegean coast. The rooms are nice, large, located on a hill. Tired of walking up the stairs . The rooms are not cleaned. The word Cleaning is not familiar to them !!!!The food at the hotel was excellent - that was the only thing that pleased us. There are cats and dogs in the restaurant. Cats jump on the table . Dogs run along the beach and around the territory during the day. The pensioner's hotel . There is no animation . There is no water aerobics . They turn on only Turkish music and in the evening local grandmothers dance. In general, a nightmare !(I do not recommend the hotel. Not a foot in Bodrum anymore . I didn 't like it .

A 2* hotel is no more, in order, they don't speak a word in Russian at the reception (although clearly the main contingent is from Russia), there is nothing in the vicinity except the hotel, there is simply no place to go, the room was in the farthest corner at a height, with a bunch of stairs, WiFi only in the lobby and then constantly with it problems, the hotel itself is old and falling apart, the rooms are not cleaned, only towels are changed, the water in the tap is salty and prative, there is no animation, the DJ clearly turned on what he likes, alcohol in bars can not be drunk like other drinks, diluted beer, smelly crayfish, super concentrated juices (like jupi), the food is one-sided and tasteless, only watermelon and plums with peaches from fruits, nothing has changed in 10 days, I wanted to ask for olive oil for salad at breakfast, but the chefs speak only Turkish, even with a translator I did not achieve anything, my beach is fine, but the smell of sewage does not allow me to enjoy my vacation calmly, still huge stray dogs on the beach who are generally harmless, but sometimes relieve themselves on sun beds and vacationers) The hotel clearly has problems they can't handle, from the grounds to the staff. For people who are used to vacationing in Abkhazia or Anapa, it may seem that it is quite good, but for those who have already been abroad, this hotel will seem to be of a very low level.

A little outdated?!!! Who wrote this, the owner of the hotel?! There can be no stars here at all. I can't brush my teeth in the room - I want to vomit. It's disgusting to sit on the toilet. I haven't even seen this in Anapa. The beach is dirty, there are bulls everywhere. Huge stray dogs. You can't let children play in the sand. There is the same beach on the lake in Nizhnevartovsk. I won't write anything about food at all. The plates are sticky and dirty. You shouldn't bring a stroller here either. There are a lot of stairs, but there is no elevator. I'm completely terrified. Is this some kind of misunderstanding, $100 per night for a room?!!! If you plan to spend your weekend in Bodrum, you definitely shouldn't do it here.

Terrible hotel.
Everything is old , they don 't bring water to the room , the refrigerator doesn 't work .
The food is monotonous, no one speaks or understands Russian from the staff.
The sea is shallow . Upon arrival at the hotel, you are in shock for a couple of days, then you get used to it.
There is no animation, only a disco in the evening.
And then they put on songs mostly of their own that the DJs want .
I don't advise anyone to go there, and we won't go to this hotel anymore!

Three Star Hotel. The beach line is narrow, the hotel is old, the water in the hotel from the tap is not urban, bitterly salty, soap does not lather, it is not recommended to brush your teeth with such water. You cannot call a taxi to the hotel. The city is 30 minutes away by car. There is no WiFi in the rooms, only in the lobby. The smell of sewage on the beach and in the dining room. The staff does not speak English.

Terrible hotel, I don't recommend it to anyone. Dirty broken rooms , salt water in the faucet and in the shower. They don't clean until you demand it, towels haven't been changed , beds too. The food is monotonous , seafood is rare . We chose the hotel based on the photo and it was a mistake. We rested from August 5 to August 19 . Everyone who was here complained .

Quiet and peaceful
There are delicious dishes and vegetables
Minuses:
It's boring and there's nothing to do. The hotel is located far from civilization and attractions, for any activity you have to go long and far.
My room was quite badly battered and killed, although it was once very beautiful.
The beach is small and the bottom is covered in algae
