It's not a hotel, it's a condo. It is located near the sea, if you go through the neighboring hotel, it is almost nearby, but everyone prefers to go through the wasteland to get to BAMBOO beach with the clearest water. Regarding accommodation: we rented a studio apartment for a period of just over a month. We were satisfied - relatively inexpensive, even taking into account the payment for electricity and water. The pools are clean, there are minor problems, but they are fixed quickly. The condo has communal washing machines - 40 baht strip, there are also water meters - you can get clean water = 1 baht per 1 liter. The whole complex is clean, cleaning is constant everywhere. There are several buildings in the complex, some of which are interconnected by common areas with swimming pools. Everything is fine, the only inconvenience is the wasteland where you need to go to the beaches and the second inconvenience is to get to the dolphin ring either by taxi or by tuk-tuk, which reaches almost to the Temple of Truth, which is located nearby within sight. By the way, there is an Orthodox church very close by.

I can only say good things. Quiet, cozy, everything is nearby. And from the window there is a beautiful view of the Temple of Truth. I highly recommend it

A small cozy complex in the north of Pattaya. Good staff. They are constantly cleaned and washed . Nice clean pool. Safely. Round-the-clock security. Not many people. There is a market nearby . The sea is also nearby, the passage to the beach is through the hotel. There are no outsiders on the beach, there is a guard. A rooftop gym with a wonderful view of the sea and the Temple of Truth.
