An old hotel from the heyday of the All inclusive. Very nice area with fruit trees. A great beach that once had a "blue flag". Quite decent pools. A small water park. It's a good main restaurant. The formula includes local alcohol and quite decent cocktails based on it. It is quite possible to choose something suitable for yourself. The staff is trying - everyone is friendly and trying. The animators are trying their best too.
The rooms are decent. Ours was cleaned well. Our friends complained about the cleaning - the garbage will be forgotten, then something else ...
The public is mostly old people or young families with children. Poles, Germans and Russians.
What I didn't like: a la Carte restaurants are fiction. The "menu" is not there. There is a terrace with a beautiful view and a waiter. And the stated night disco was no longer working in September.
In general, the hotel fully met the expectations. Anyone who wants to find fault will find something. I think it's very good.

We stayed at this hotel from May 12th to 16th. I liked everything.....and the waiter service and the cleaning and the food and the animation and the friendliness of the staff, but not all.!!!! Our flight was delayed and considering that we arrived later, we could not be checked in at the time, as the room was not ready - this is the first, but not terrible. The day before, we were not warned at the check-out that the room must be checked in before 12.00!!! We turned it in at 13:30 and they demanded a fine of $12 from us! The question is why they didn't pay the fine to us. when we weren't settled in time??!!! At the reception, a blonde Russian-speaking girl behaved very boorishly, not restraining her emotions. Then she left us to our Turkish friends without solving our problem! It's at least not professional!!!! The girl does not have the necessary competencies and emotional intelligence!!! I ask the hotel management to have an explanatory conversation with her and teach her how to communicate with tourists and guests, as well as restraint and concentration, or let her change her job!

I had a vacation last summer with two children. We were completely delighted with the hotel, the territory, and the staff. Room cleaning every day at a convenient time for us. The food is very varied. There is a kids' club, a small water park, several children's pools and one adult. The territory of the hotel is huge, green and very clean. The sea is clean, the beach is sandy, there is a private beach and sun beds, small pebbles enter the sea. I would like to return to this place again!

Of the cons, we can say that the hotel needs cosmetic repairs, it is a little tired, but in general it does not interfere with rest. From alcohol, only beer and wine, there are still some of their signature cocktails, but it feels like the bartenders themselves don't know them. You order some, others do. The rest of the alcohol is paid. Near the hotel there is an outlet and a bazaar where you can buy souvenirs, sweets, tea, coffee, etc. And cheaper than in the hotel itself. Good time of day. The hotel is nice, the territory is large, the staff is very responsive, they speak Russian, the room was changed without a bazaar and additional fees, they chose it themselves, they took it on the 1st line with a view of the beach. We had a rest at the end of September 2024. The price probably matches! The lobby bar was not working, there was not even water, tea, coffee. The night restaurant is also empty. There's no animation, the disco on the beach doesn't work either, everything is fucked up and it stinks when you go to the beach, the beach bar pours beer into a paper cup with half the foam, they don't take out the trash either, and everything stinks with a rotten smell. It's a big basik, but for some reason, at a temperature of 35, there's cold water.

We just got back from the hotel today. Unfortunately, I cannot say that the rest was a 100% success. I'll start with the pros. The hotel has a beautiful well-maintained territory. We were given a room in a cottage on the 1st floor. The room was large, everything was working, towels were changed every day. Free Wi-Fi is available everywhere except inside the main restaurant. The food is 4 out of 5 for a budget hotel. Good breakfasts: two types of omelets, scrambled eggs, pancakes, donuts, pastries. At lunch and dinner there are always 2 types of fish (river trout is quite edible), several types of meat (chicken, turkey, beef or lamb). Large swimming pool, lots of sun beds on the beach and by the pool. Now about the cons. A bad entry into the sea is pebbles and immediately deep. Of the 8 days, only one was with a more or less calm sea. The rest of the days the sea was very stormy, the water near the shore was muddy. The pier of the hotel has been dismantled. It seems that some work has begun there, but it's not shaky. And it's important - this is not Side, this is Kyzyl-Gach, a village where there is not even a currency exchange office, and you have to go to Side by 2 buses with a transfer in Manavgat. At the hotel, in the store, we were offered to convert euros into rubles for 120 rubles for 1 euro. The exchange rate of rubles for lira at the guide and in Manavgat is also extremely unprofitable. 100 rubles = 38 lira. There is no evening animation for adults in the hotel. There hasn't been a single show with guest artists in a week. The local animation team is frankly "not pulling". For the most part, the staff does not greet and does not respond to greetings. They play Turkish music all day long, and they dance to it themselves. The waiters (young Turks) do not "see" Russian tourists at close range, but the Germans, French, and British are ready to carry drinks even to the beach. By the way, there were few Russians in May, and the hotel was at least a third full. There is nowhere much to go for a walk outside the hotel, there are only convenience stores with prices in euros and dollars. The coffee is bad, the tea from the kettles is no good. In general, we didn't swim, we didn't mess around, we didn't get a gastronomic orgasm. We're definitely not going back to the hotel. It's boring in it.

A wonderful hotel for families with children. FOR CHILDREN: 2 playgrounds - one near the sea, the other near the main pool (both under canopies). 2 children's pools with slides (one under a canopy, the other not). Huge slides for older children and adults.
sea: We had a rest from September 1-9. The sea is just fabulously warm, I didn't want to leave it. The beach is large, there was enough space for everyone, a beautiful pier near which many fish swim. The entrance to the sea is quite sharp, I was worried that a 4-year-old child would not be comfortable, but she got used to swimming in a circle herself.
The ROOM was in a bungalow. Everything worked, it was beautiful, but the cleaning was conditional (the floor was completely dirty when checking in and then it was not washed very well).
FOOD: I had enough of everything, it's a matter of taste, you'll never please everyone.
ANIMATION: it's a bit boring for both children and adults, Saturday is generally a day off.
Would you recommend this hotel to your friends? Definitely yes, the rest was a success. p.s. if you go without a mood, then everything will be annoying anywhere (as one lady at dinner was indignant that you see they do not come to the restaurant in dresses, but in shorts and T-shirts. It's from such eternally dissatisfied tourists that the reviews are bad).

We visited this hotel in 2021. Back in the days when everything was on, but the staff served food behind a glass fence. They were registered through Coral travel. They recommended him to us there. Initially, nothing corresponded to our request. The hotel itself is not bad, we changed the room to the second floor when we saw $ 20 in the passport. Surprisingly, this is rare, comfortable beds and soft pillows. The territory is not large. We weren't thrilled with the food, although we're not picky.

I really love Turkey, a green country with beautiful nature, wonderful sea, kind people. Good : beautiful large area, and wonderful sea, beach, large assortment of dishes, swimming pool with animation, water park, pools for children, cleaning of the territory, etc. The bad: it will seem to someone that the food is modest, without any special frills, but you will not be hungry, it seemed to me that the coffee from the coffee machine is chicory)) yes, there is a queue for meat from time to time, but maybe because there are a lot of people. There is something to drink too))) Fruits, cakes, everything was there. Our room was cleaned every day, we missed it once, but that's probably because we rested in the room a lot that day. Tourists are Russians, Ukrainians, Germans, Poles, Arabs. Everyone goes with children, happy, calm. There is no national strife. Children of all continents act up in exactly the same way. The holiday experience is still good. But I want to write about an UNPLEASANT INCIDENT that happened on the day of our departure. We left the hotel on 10.07, our bus to the airport was supposed to pick us up at 1 a.m. We handed in the key at half past one. But the bus didn't come for us. It turned out that the flight was delayed for 6 hours, and the arrival of the bus was postponed from 1 a.m. to 7 a.m. But no one told us anything!... The guide didn't say anything, but we had written off with him the day before. And there was no information in the folder at the reception either. The key was handed over, the bus did not pick up!)))) The boys at the reception showed complete indifference. And the guide, after I woke him up at 2 a.m., began to spin that some other guide should have warned us. But it turned out that no one warned!!))) The key to our room was not given away, referring to the fact that all operations have already been carried out)) The guide in conversation (not in correspondence) offered to pay 50 euros to move in for a few hours before morning in our room, which was paid for before 12 p.m....... I did not pay. My daughter and I sat at the reception until morning. I think this case is egregious, it crossed out all my wonderful emotions from visiting Turkey. I am not a moody person, even loyal and friendly, I have traveled a lot, been to many countries, including Turkey, but nothing like this has ever happened to me anywhere. I liked the hotel! It's quite green, it's nice to walk from one end of the territory to the other. They settled in a separate house, not in the main building. I liked it)) the furniture is a little tired, but not critical. They cleaned perfectly))
The food was good, nothing special, but everything is delicious and the choice is good. Watermelons and melons are available every day. There was a lot of food in additional meals, which was pleasing, because due to the special regime of the child, they sometimes missed lunch, but still did not stay hungry. Children also have something to eat, although there is less choice, of course.
The only thing is that we were denied a free trip to the restaurant, although the guide said that it was possible once for the entire vacation.🤷🏻♀️
I really liked the children's pools and the water park. It's cool that they're around. There were playgrounds both on the territory and on the beach. Plus there was sand on the beach, the child had something to do.
The entrance to the sea was made of pebbles, not very convenient, but not critical, of course.
The animation was quite active and fun, but we only participated in the children's disco in the evenings and did not get to the adult animation once. From the balcony, we listened to people having fun until one o'clock in the morning. It seemed like both adults and children had fun.
Few Russians were surprised (you could not even book a place on the sun beds, there were free ones at any time). The attitude is much healthier, the staff is very friendly!
There is nothing to do outside the hotel, only the shopping center and the market "for tourists" in the area. 😄
We didn't go on the tour because of the child.
But we didn't plan to, so the focus was on the hotel itself.
The only thing I didn't like was the road to the hotel. With a small child, it's hell. We waited an hour for everyone in the transfer to gather, drove three hours to the hotel, because we were delivering everyone, and we were almost the last. So far, everyone has been gathered back to the hotels ... 80 km from the airport with a child in his arms is now only on an individual transfer!🙈
But Aeroflot is an airplane with screens - we sat watching movies and playing. The children were given gifts, our whole flight sat and played, we really liked it. Plus, the food was excellent! There are no questions here.

We have been to this hotel for the 2nd time and again successfully. A small but well-maintained territory, good rooms, cleaning every day for 5+, we were also satisfied with the food, although in the bars by the pools, only fast food. 2 beautiful pools, one is noisy, the other is relaxing, both there and there, there are children's pools. A wonderful water park, lots of slides and there are also mini slides for kids. In the evening, mini disco and adult shows. But the main thing is the sea, the water is clean, the beach is well-groomed, there were enough sun beds, there is a beautiful children's playground on the beach, the entrance to the sea is good, but rough almost immediately. The only thing that upset me was the lack of ice cream in the public domain, I think that on vacation this is the first thing that should be.

Take an example from the Justiano hotel , Daima Biz Hotel. For such a price, tables could be served normally, you have to take knives and forks yourself. The food is terrible, mostly one chicken, sometimes they give meat for dinner and there is a huge queue behind it, because you can already crow from the chicken. If you are with young children, then take at least some porridge with you. Because it's just not pre-cooked oatmeal. They save terribly on food. There are no obstacles on the territory, it is large and green. There is also a place for children to play.

It feels strange. The rooms are clean, the shower flows a little. The safe is paid. They left everything like that , without a safe. The cleaners are excellent and very friendly. Thanks to them separately. The view is super. The hotel itself is very green. The sea is beautiful. Sneakers are very appropriate, entrance stones. The pier is comfortable. The food is very simple. I don't eat sweets. Everything else was there, but sparse.
Tortillas are made in the afternoon and coffee is brewed in a cafe. A trip to Side nuts and wine from Migros solved all the problems. There's also coffee for souvenirs. Strawberries were bought in a store opposite the hotel. We walked every day. The store is nearby. Very convenient. Have a good rest, everyone.

We just arrived yesterday.I can say that the rest was a success. Of the advantages:beautiful well-maintained territory,courteous staff,good food, varied. The sea is clear, a good approach. A clean beach. Beautiful pier with gazebos (30 euros per day).The room was cleaned every day.
Of the cons:The audibility is very strong, only birushi was saved. And there are many small children under one year old. You know, constant screaming and crying. I was with an adult child, looking for a place where you could not hear these tantrums. But the hotel is family-run, so there are no complaints about it. The only thing I can't understand is why go with a child who can't even walk. But overall, I liked everything. Thanks to the staff.
