In Turkey, many many times. We love the Kemer region very much, namely the villages of Beldibi - Goynuk for their proximity to the airport, incredibly beautiful nature, mountains, coniferous vegetation.
We stayed with family/friends in different hotels, and I've read and heard about the Frame before. But I've always been alarmed by reviews in the spirit of paid WiFi, a safe deposit box, a towel deposit, etc. And it's not about money, but about some kind of pettiness, and as far as I'm concerned, this is a relic of the past, most all-inclusive hotels make the service fully inclusive..
I'll start with this and the disadvantages: WiFi is good in the lobby and in the cafeteria, sometimes it finishes off the territory. Personally, we didn't connect roaming, and we didn't take a paid one. We regarded this as an advantage, and the opportunity to spend more time with each other, rather than hanging out on the Internet. We were given time to resolve work issues, and that was enough for us. There is no deposit for towels, the safe is really paid, we did without it. The rooms are clean, renovated, and most have direct sea views. One of the disadvantages is a screwed watering can in the shower, there is no flexible and tropical shower, which is now available even in modest accommodations, weak sound insulation.

The territory stretches along the coastline, on the one hand it is well zoned, on the other hand, the staff, although polite, scurries between tourists all the time. For me, service is when the staff remains invisible, and their constant presence and attention are in some ways too much.,
The choice fell on the Frame for the price, it is competitive, the placement is budgetary. And because, according to the stories, we found out that the owner of the hotel is local - for me it is always a "green light", it means that they themselves and their families / friends are vacationing there, and the service should definitely be on the level. And that's the way it is. The food is incredibly tasty and varied: fish of different varieties, cutlets, beef cheeks, chicken, turkey, quail,,, and all this is cooked in different ways, and even served. At breakfast, past the traditional Turkish table, there is always buckwheat, rice, oatmeal porridge, cheesecakes, poached eggs. We got a gastronomic and aesthetic pleasure. The staff are friendly, sympathetic, and caring, but as I mentioned, given the compact territory, their attention is too much. They try very hard to make the rest comfortable. Beginnings with girls at the reception, ending with bartenders and animation. Berkay, Bura, Tamara animation team: the beginning of the season, the guys are unobtrusive, but they try to involve vacationers in various activities. The music that plays during the day and in the evening is very pleasant, such as in the style of chillout or radio Monte Carlo, creates a great mood - stay on this wave. The sound quality, the operation of the acoustic equipment is at a height, there is no roaring tyts tyts tyts.. The bartender Mustafa knows a lot about cocktails, he works in the Lime bar, then in the Cactus and even in the cafeteria he was caught, we followed him. Because it's very tasty and incredibly beautiful serving: in all the photos for the review, cocktails are his handiwork. I liked Cesur, he's also attentive.
The chef in charge of the Mustafa Yaman snack bar and restaurant is helpful, helpful, and asks all the guests if they have any requests. The beginning of the season - he manages to take orders at the snack bar himself, and organize the chefs and staff and make sure that the service and service are on the level.

The spa center. We didn't like the staff. Two women are tactless, with the desire to snatch spa services from the doorstep. The spa itself is uncomfortable, according to the rules, the massage rooms should be open during the massage, but they are located in such a way that other vacationers and the staff themselves walk past them and talk loudly. It's definitely not about rest. I really love massage, I visited Ibrahim's masseur once, a good confident massage, but I did not continue to go because the service of the spa area leaves much to be desired. I had a good rest and gained strength at the hotel. Thanks to the hammam on the first and last day. And daily massages. Administrators Tanya and Sveta are very pleasantly and comfortably accompanied by the procedures. And the craftsmen are all very professional: Ibrahim, Mustafa, Kamal. And also early morning swims in the sea are very refreshing. The water is wonderful, you can swim for a long time. Entering the water either from the shore in corals, or from the pier along a ladder bypassing the bottom.
My room was a good one, 436. Neat and clean, cleaning and change of towels every day.
In the evening, the music was annoying, but on days 4 and 5 I closed the balcony and quickly fell asleep.
The food is fresh and delicious, lots of things.
I liked watermelons and medlars, fish, mussels and desserts.
I don't feel like eating much in the heat. There are always snacks, onions and apples at the reception. The restaurant on the right is free from 11 to 16. I didn't even get there.
The Goynuk Canyon is nearby - you can get there on your own.
And the Olympia funicular is also independently or via equestria.
Guided tours in front of the hotel. I really enjoyed the jeep tour.
And most importantly, the sea is nearby.
In total, it's great for relaxing. The format is homely, not businesslike.

I think it's really 1-2 stars according to the international classification.
Therefore, if you are looking for a 5ki service, it is better to choose Rixos nearby.

We had a family vacation in July 2024, 2 children and 2 adults. The hotel is very calm, cozy, without pretensions to chic, but of course, it's 4 rooms. We didn't go to the sauna, I don't know how it is.
The food is excellent: very tasty ice cream, pizza, fish always, vegetables, cheeses - we were satisfied with the food! The watermelons were just tasteless, and there is no pastry in the dining room, which was a huge disadvantage in July, I would say that this is the only big minus of the hotel. If it wasn't for that, we would have come back here. Alcohol is also a problem, beer is not alcoholic, as if the wine is sour, cocktails are only fashionable to drink mojitos, the rest is not very good.
But the most important thing is the sea! It's wonderful nearby, there aren't many people, there's plenty of room for everyone, we were at sea 90% of the time. We saw a lot of fish, an octopus, two large crabs on the bottom (with a mask). It brought mud for two days, and it was impossible to swim.
There are two pools, one slide (a big queue), a la carte on the street, also without condee, but delicious.
The air conditioning was working fine in the room, and the view from the window was beautiful.
In the evening, there was a disco until 12 under the hotel windows, we slept right next to the disco, it didn't bother us.
And despite the disadvantages described above, we are very satisfied with our stay, the hotel is good, we can go. We bought wifi. There is a coffee shop, it has a pastry shop, after lunch we went there for cakes with coffee.
We took a bus to Kemer, the bus stop is right in front of the hotel. If you leave the hotel and go right down the street, then in 10 minutes you will come to the market, where there are shops. I recommend bamboo towels, we always buy them in Turkey. We recommend the hotel!
