We stayed at this hotel in June 2023, two adults and two children aged 9 and 12. I'll start with the pros, the food is varied, ice cream is distributed by the pool at 15.00, the children really liked the pool with slides, they splashed there until sunset, the sea is within walking distance, that's it!
Now the cons: when checking into the room, no one showed us, we went up the stairs ourselves with suitcases and looked for our rooms, fortunately, we had to climb low, to the second floor. The receptionist was not a very pleasant girl, a bitch, in short, a young man worked in the evening, you could solve any issue with him and even just chat. There is no free Internet in the hotel, I had to pay, I was a little lucky here, we talked with the owner of the hotel and agreed on a discount. There is no entrance to the sea, there are terrible huge and slippery slabs all around, it is impossible for either children or adults to enter the water, I had to go to the beach of the neighboring hotel, thank you that no one chased us from there, the sun beds are constantly occupied by people from other hotels, they are periodically kicked out, but not often. There is no animation as such in the hotel, they just turn on the music and the vacationers themselves have fun as best they can, in general, a village disco. At 23.00, the music turns off and the bar closes, in general, lights out. If you walk 5-7 minutes to the right of the hotel, there are a couple of souvenir tents, the prices are normal, but you can also bargain. There is absolutely nowhere to leave the hotel to walk, there are a couple of hotels on the left and right and that's it, there is nothing else there, you have to take a bus to Alanya, you can't walk to Konakli either, although the description of the hotel says that it is located in the village of Konakli, there is nothing nearby at all, the hotel is on the outskirts. And one evening, we returned from a walk from Alanya at 20.55, and immediately went to dinner, and the restaurant staff defiantly removed the food right from under our hands, because it turns out they work until 21.00, although the schedule says that until 21.30, in the end, all we managed to take was a little vegetables, I had to feed them to the children, but they themselves remained hungry.
And 2 days before departure, the "cherry on the cake" was waiting for us, they refused to pour beer for us at the bar, because we allegedly attributed it to some Ahmed, but he was not allowed because he works at this hotel. I even had to fight with them. The beer was eventually poured for us, but a waiter was assigned to us to keep an eye on us. What kind of nonsense is this?!!! At the same time, a DJ immediately approached us and asked us to leave good reviews about the hotel. Yes, no problem, here you go!
In general, our conclusion is that we will never go to this hotel again and we will not recommend it to anyone!

Amazing place! The staff is responsive, always ready to go to a meeting! Constant cleaning, the area is clean! The food is great! Animations are daily for children, the animators are cool. Wine is diluted with water so much that it is impossible to drink, cocktails at the bar are all and always paid. The glasses are reusable plastic, they are not washed, the fingerprints of use are visible. Dishes, plates and cutlery are dirty, it's not about water stains, but about dried food. Often there are not enough cutlery for dinner, people wait 15-20 minutes, and those who managed to grab it, disassemble the dishes, which then will not be served and supplemented on the table with food. Lemonades are always widely available. There is no animation, it just doesn't exist. The food in the hotel is normal, there are not many types of it, but you will not stay hungry. The question is, look very carefully when you take food, old and cherished are mixed with fresh. Therefore, people stand in queues and choose what is fresher so as not to get poisoned. There are always a lot of vegetables, meat once a week, fish every other day and really tasty and fresh. There is no beach, only rocks, even if you take corals with you, you will not be able to swim, there are slabs and a sharp deep descent into the water, you will simply be dragged away by a wave from slippery slabs and hit by rocks. There is almost always a wave. You can jump from the pier into the water, but also if there is no wave, and for 16 days of rest, there were no waves for 2-3 days. If there is a wave, you will not be allowed on the pier. Close to Alanya, literally 7 minutes, bus 1.5 dollars, taxi 10 dollars. The hotel only has paid Wi-Fi, even in the lobby, Wi-Fi must be purchased for each device. There is no a la card dinner, this is the first time I have seen it that it was not in a Turkish hotel. It takes 3-3.5 hours to get to the hotel by transfer. You can take a taxi for 1.5 hours and 120 dollars. There are never any beach towels, take your own. The hotel has two swimming pools, which is very convenient. Upon check-in, you can pay an additional $ 50 per room and you will be given an apartment with a sea view. The rooms are good! I wouldn't go to this hotel a second time. On the beach, the entrance to the sea - there are huge slippery boulders, so everyone goes through the pier, there is almost always a queue for the stairs to descend and ascend. The sun beds on the pier are often occupied by tourists from other hotels - you can drive them away and take the sun beds for yourself.
Of the entertainment, only 30 minutes is a children's disco at 21:00, then bingo or something else for adults until 23:00. That's all. The posted schedule of activities by the pool is hanging just for beauty.
In the evening, there is nowhere to go on foot at all, you can take the 50 bus to Alanya. The fare is 105 liras for three people in one direction.
And most importantly, drinks and cocktails are often served warm and ice is put out. I do not recommend taking ice, because it is made from industrial water. Of the Russian tourists who took ice, all have diarrhea for several days.

We had a rest at the end of July at this hotel. Let's start with the pros. Wi-Fi works throughout the hotel, sometimes it takes off and is paid, for all the time I went to the reception 3 times with a request to fix it, literally a minute and everything works, so I won't say that everything is so bad.
Very often I found people who swear at the reception, an uncle who speaks Russian well, always quickly resolved conflicts if they arose.
Now the beach, it's not even a minus, rather for anyone, there is a pier on the beach from which you can go down into the water and swim, but for small children, the elderly and those who cannot swim it is very difficult, and entering the sea from below, there the plates are very slippery and you can safely kill yourself.Therefore, be careful and it is better to go a little further, through one pier, there is a good entrance to the sea, where everyone swims. There were often not enough umbrellas on the beach, because they came to us from other beaches, but the workers tried to monitor and expel strangers from our sunbeds. There is a bar on the beach, there is also cola, fanta, sprite, respectively, next to the hotel there is a coffee machine where you can pour coffee and juices for any choice, there are also juices, of course they are very sweet and not tasty, but you can dilute gin as I did.
The cleaners hardly cleaned the rooms, so they washed the floors a couple of times during the whole vacation and changed towels and bed linen once.
There are no shops nearby, a couple of tents, if you want something more than 50 bus and get to Konakli or Alanya.
In general, in conclusion, I want to say that the hotel is not bad, budget, I do not know why everyone hates it so much, for a relaxing holiday and budget is the most important thing, if you want something more, it is better to look for hotels elsewhere.In general, it's not even bad, so think for yourself.And I want to say once again a huge thank you to the staff of the entire hotel, for their hard work and efforts.❤

We had a vacation with a child in July.
There are few advantages in this hotel. This is not a four , but a three . For three stars, you can find a cheaper hotel than this one.
There is no animation there, a man is working with his son and in the evening they are trying to portray something, but it looks more like a disco from a collective farm.... The music is more audible from the neighboring hotels in the afternoon and evening than we had.
The food is not bad, the food is delicious.

Cleaning is generally a separate topic - two stars for it. The bed linen is not changed, only from the 10th request, I doubt that the towels were changed at all. Water, tea, shampoos (as it should be) were put every other time, or even nothing will be put in everything (even if you put a dollar or a chocolate bar to Alyonka) . I went to the reception to resolve the issue , but the issues were not resolved . If you are planning a relaxing vacation for pensioners, then this is where you are. There is a great lack of animation, there is no entertainment for either children or adults, despite the fact that animation is stated in the description of the hotel. And another unpleasant moment, if you have a late check-out, immediately after the eviction, the bracelet is cut off and you will not even be able to go to lunch, and there is nowhere to eat here, because there are only hotels around, so it is better to choose an early departure if possible.

We rested from June 20 to 26, 2024 in room 6006. We liked it. The room was cleaned every day, the menu is varied, but I also heard bad reviews from one couple. We had enough of everything, even umbrellas on the beach, which are in limited quantities. I'm happy with my vacation. The only thing is that the entrance to the sea from the pier is inconvenient with small children. Although there are sooo many in the hotel with children. The animation is mainly in English, I have not seen any stormy discos, but they offer a transfer to the disco. For a relaxing stay, the hotel turned out to be just the thing for Us. I liked the staff too. A lot depends on the mood of the tourist, to relax or to be indignant. The sea is across the road through the underpass, 50 meters is probably the maximum, and then I heard a woman complaining that she was tired while walking. So the reviews will always be different.

Good afternoon. We were at the hotel in mid-June 2024.
It takes 3 and a half hours to get to the hotel.
Room 3023. 3rd floor. From the balcony you can see a piece of the sea, and not a piece of the neighboring hotel, windows to Windows.
bathroom. 3 out of 10. The toilet is yellow, the shower is old, the tile from the 80s, the whole curve, apparently, when it fell off, they tried to fix it, but it turned out badly. The shower stall itself is catastrophically small, you cling to the walls of the stall with your elbows. And we're not fat. The light was working intermittently. The ceilings are dirty. Apparently, they nailed insects, which were left on the ceiling. The towels are dirty. From old age, the white has turned into gray, the spots are clearly no longer displayed.
On the plus side, toilet paper was regularly changed. Shampoos were added as needed. The garbage was taken out every day.

6 out of 10. It wasn't very big, but we had enough sleep. The air conditioner was working. The balcony was not completely closed. The mechanism is old and loose. There were 2-3 channels on TV in Russian. Water was brought every day, 3 bottles of 0.5 liters each. The refrigerator is small, serviceable.As we understood, the process of cleaning the room did not include mopping the floors and changing the bed linen. (We saw that the floors were swept with a broom, however, the sand still remained).

10 out of 10 for a 4-star hotel. Breakfast according to the classics: eggs, pancakes (pancakes), buns, pasta, and nuggets were given a couple of times. Of course, there are a lot of cheeses and sweets. For fruits, watermelons, melons, apples.
Lunches and dinners are very diverse: there were fish (different types), chicken, pork, liver with hearts, lamb. A big plus is that there was a choice of dishes for lunch and dinner. Side dishes are also different: pasta, French fries, baked potatoes, cereals (I tried rice one day, then I ate it all the time, because I liked it). The greens are both laid out separately and cut into salads. Radishes, cucumbers, tomatoes, eggplants, peppers. The vegetables were both raw and baked.
For alcohol, whatever you want: wine, whiskey, cocktails, beer. Interestingly, whiskey was poured from separate small bottles. For 1 glass - 1 bottle.
When we arrived, there weren't very many people, but after 5 days, people drove up. Despite this, there was always enough food, even if you come later. It is also not difficult to find a table.
The snack bar was open from 4 to 5. When we first arrived, they gave us pastries, like cookies, and pasta. And in the last days of our stay, French fries, nuggets, pasta, and hunting sausages appeared there.

8 out of 10. The sea is very close, three minutes and you're on the beach. The beach is private. They give out towels, which, by the way, are cleaner than those in the rooms. The beach is sandy and pebbly, mostly sand. The entrance to the sea is bad, plates. Therefore, we were located on the hotel pier (hotel employees came periodically, who controlled that only the people of our hotel rested). If you suddenly do not have a place, contact the hotel staff. There are plenty of umbrellas too. There are mattresses on the sun beds. The water is beautiful, clean, and warm. I even saw fish without diving. There is a bar on the beach where they give water, sprite, cola, fanta. No alcohol or food.

Karaoke, where you choose a song yourself, contests for couples, separately for men, for women. The prizes are a cocktail that you can take anyway. And for everyone, not just the winner. There was also a little animation during the day: target shooting, water polo, water gymnastics. The atmosphere is calm, if you like to move, the hotel will not work.
THE TERRITORY OF THE HOTEL
It is quite small. There are two swimming pools, one of them has a paddling pool for kids. There are also two slides.
Excursions were not bought. The guide Alyona Petrova is not competent, provided false information about the eviction, had to pay € 30 for an additional three hours of accommodation. When we wanted to resolve the issue, she just blocked us. I had to contact an operator from Belarus.
There are no shops near the hotel, only a couple of souvenir shops. The rest is a wasteland, not for a walk. Alanya is 15 minutes away by minibus.
We will not come there again, because first of all, a neat and clean room is important.

Of the advantages, only the sea (but the coast is rocky, you can break your arms / legs, enter only from the pier in the queue). Of the minuses, everything: the room is not cleaned, I am generally silent about replacing towels and bed linen, water is not brought to the room every day either (do not throw away bottles, you can pour water in the bar), there is a lot of food, but everything is cold (straight from the refrigerator), except watermelons and melons there is nothing, juices are yuppies (the mouth is stained), there is no animation, the territory is small, the spa is creepy (the sauna does not work, fish swim in the swimming pool, after an allegedly relaxing massage, everything hurt). The pool with slides is constantly dirty + one of the stairs is broken (I'm not sure what will be fixed at all). Well, in general, I do not advise anyone, especially with children, you are tormented.

The most important thing is the sea, but you can only enter it from the pier or from the neighboring beach, but you also need to take care of your knees there, otherwise you will run into huge boulders that are scattered all over the bottom. There are fewer boulders in the water on our beach, but entry is impossible due to slabs covered with slippery algae. Kind people warn new arrivals not to climb. We were warned after I couldn't resist and fell. During our vacation, according to the vacationers, two people sewed up a dissected wound on their heads. And you will see for yourself with broken knees of vacationers. The last step is like stepping onto a beach half a meter high! If you have sore knees and legs in general, climb to the left to go down the stale pieces of old steps.
Cleanliness in the hotel...She's not here. The hallmark of the cleanliness of the hotel is the fan at the reception. He was covered in dust, as if he had wrapped a gray cat around himself. The room had not been cleaned in 9 days, once they knocked on the door when we fell asleep after lunch. As it was, I ran after the cleaning carts myself, asked for toilet paper and towels.
The right elevator jams on the second floor constantly, and then rushes in an unknown direction. We were just lucky when we entered the room, which we had just on the second floor. No one warned us. So, whoever gets a room on the second floor, do not take any chances, sit down to go up to the floor, in the left elevator.
There is only one man at the reception, who is older and speaks Russian and is of use, but the second shift worker, who is younger and in the evening, is of no use. On the first day of our arrival, they did not put water in the refrigerator, by the way, you cannot take bottled water in a restaurant or bar here - it simply does not exist. There is no such service. I approached this young man with this question, he wrote to me through a translator on the phone: "Don't spoil my life, madam!" A normal service! Then the older one helped, they brought us two bottles of water, and then we poured water into them from the cooler in the bar. There is no such opportunity to go out and buy water nearby. The hotel is in the *ope of the world, on one side there are mountains, on the other there is a wasteland and some buildings. No shop or tent. He takes a taxi to Konakli, where you can buy things, but we barely found fruits, because we missed them, since there is only watermelon in the hotel! If you want to buy souvenirs, textiles, after leaving the hotel, go right, after all the hotels there will be a bazaar. A very friendly woman and her husband will make good discounts (you have to bargain in Turkey). We bought a lot of gifts, and the relatives were satisfied. Of course, we read all the reviews about Club mirabel hotel in advance, the reviews were both positive and negative. In general, initially we already knew where we were going and were ready for anything.
We got to the hotel from Antalya airport by mini bus very quickly in 2 hours 15 minutes, settled us before 14 hours, room for three, plumbing was old, the floors were very dirty, we did not walk barefoot, only in slates. The room had a large double bed with a good mattress, the three of us slept on it with a child, we could comfortably fit in. Bed linen, towels - everything is clean. Beach towels are provided to the beach if you lose 10 euros.
There are two pools, one with slides, and there is a bar near the pools. Snacks near the bar are given only at certain hours, ice cream is also served by the clock from 15-16 hours
. Food is also three-star, but we are not picky, we had enough. There was chicken, fish every day, mushrooms, pork was given a couple of times, French fries were given only twice during the whole vacation. Stewed vegetables, sweets, etc. Of the fruits, only watermelons, plums once, sometimes wooden pears. There is a coffee machine in the restaurant and in the pool bar. Water in the cooler.
The entrance to the sea is only from the pier, but the sea itself is clean, transparent, it covered all the disadvantages)))), a poor beach, there is practically no beach, we rested with the children, so we went to the beach to the right of the five-star hotel, basically that's what everyone does.
The animation was very weak, water polo, Gymnastics, darts during the day. There was something in the evening too, but we didn't go.
I still didn't like the very area where the hotel is located, you go straight from the hotel to the highway, there are no shops, pharmacies. There were mini bazaars near other hotels, but everything was very expensive, we took a bus to konakli center, 7-8 minutes drive 15 lira.
In general, we are happy with the rest, because we knew where we were going, decent fours are already much more expensive, it cost us 253 thousand rubles for 3 adults and 1 child.
