We stayed at this hotel in June 2023, two adults and two children aged 9 and 12. I'll start with the pros, the food is varied, ice cream is distributed by the pool at 15.00, the children really liked the pool with slides, they splashed there until sunset, the sea is within walking distance, that's it! Now the cons: when checking into the room, no one showed us, we went up the stairs ourselves with suitcases and looked for our rooms, fortunately, we had to climb low, to the second floor. The receptionist was not a very pleasant girl, a bitch, in short, a young man worked in the evening, you could solve any issue with him and even just chat. There is no free Internet in the hotel, I had to pay, I was a little lucky here, we talked with the owner of the hotel and agreed on a discount. There is no entrance to the sea, there are terrible huge and slippery slabs all around, it is impossible for either children or adults to enter the water, I had to go to the beach of the neighboring hotel, thank you that no one chased us from there, the sun beds are constantly occupied by people from other hotels, they are periodically kicked out, but not often. There is no animation as such in the hotel, they just turn on the music and the vacationers themselves have fun as best they can, in general, a village disco. At 23.00, the music turns off and the bar closes, in general, lights out. If you walk 5-7 minutes to the right of the hotel, there are a couple of souvenir tents, the prices are normal, but you can also bargain. There is absolutely nowhere to leave the hotel to walk, there are a couple of hotels on the left and right and that's it, there is nothing else there, you have to take a bus to Alanya, you can't walk to Konakli either, although the description of the hotel says that it is located in the village of Konakli, there is nothing nearby at all, the hotel is on the outskirts. And one evening, we returned from a walk from Alanya at 20.55, and immediately went to dinner, and the restaurant staff defiantly removed the food right from under our hands, because it turns out they work until 21.00, although the schedule says that until 21.30, in the end, all we managed to take was a little vegetables, I had to feed them to the children, but they themselves remained hungry. And 2 days before departure, the "cherry on the cake" was waiting for us, they refused to pour beer for us at the bar, because we allegedly attributed it to some Ahmed, but he was not allowed because he works at this hotel. I even had to fight with them. The beer was eventually poured for us, but a waiter was assigned to us to keep an eye on us. What kind of nonsense is this?!!! At the same time, a DJ immediately approached us and asked us to leave good reviews about the hotel. Yes, no problem, here you go! In general, our conclusion is that we will never go to this hotel again and we will not recommend it to anyone!

Room cleaning is not really necessary to go and remind, and of course the water is thrown out every day. The animators in the hotel are a little weak from the word they are not there at all, in the evening they turn on music and that's all you have to pay them $ 10 to take them to the disco. Well, I came here to the sea and it doesn't matter for me to rest. The food is not very tasty, what I liked is pancakes are fried in the morning and for dinner they fry fish and meat right in front of you and of course they have a lot of sweets and very tasty. The staff is friendly, you can always ask or ask. Now the beach, of course, entering the sea is not convenient and there was a storm the whole pier crashed, but you can go into the sea a little bit nearby, so soda beer coffee on the beach so it's not bad the beach is clean. The rest turned out to be not bad, but very excellent. But I think it's too expensive for this hotel.
