However, there are two factors influencing the possibility of choosing this seedy place - these are the prices of dishes and the inability to get to the top by elevator: it stops on the floor below and if you are an elderly person or on crutches, then an undesirable "obstacle course" appears.But who will stop it when you want to visit one of the best restaurants with an open summer "meadow" under the roof!
