The instructors are positive, experienced, and mostly non-Russian speakers, but that doesn't stop them from putting gear on you, telling you what to do or not to do (they'll say everything they need to say, and everything is clear)Well, what else is needed?
You leave things in the office in the lockers, there is video surveillance. Take water and, if necessary, medicines with you to the height. The toilet is clean.

We flew with this office, only one drawback.
We tried to test ourselves for fear with friends and a wife who is afraid of heights.
The flight lasted 5-7 minutes instead of the stated 20-30.
There was also no briefing since there was not one Russian speaker.
The worst thing that could happen was that his wife fell not far from the landing site due to the instructor's fault. I tried to turn the instuctor on the camera again and did not calculate the height and collapsed on the beach. Since the instructor was behind his back, his wife took over everything.
Bruises of two legs, bruises, abrasions, torn clothes and shoes were received.
Running up to the crash site, the instructor was no longer there, the wife could not get back on her feet, an ambulance was called and immediately one of the leaders appeared who started talking about a taxi and did not need to go to the hospital, I insisted because I was afraid that there were fractures, we were taken to the hospital according to their insurance since all our things were in the office. The wounds were treated, the repair was done, fortunately there were no fractures. The work of doctors who were only poked at what to look at and smear is horrifying, as is the whole hospital. Since we have Anatoly's insurance policy, we applied there later.
They also found out via the Internet that this year they had already had fatal cases in which a Belarusian woman died.
Compensation for injuries and clothing received, as well as treatment, there were only one excuses.

Background: 13.10.2024 being on vacation in Alanya, we decided to fly too. In a company of 4 people, we were brought to the office, where initially we were told $ 30 per person, in the end it turned out to be $ 40. Although there was a married couple sitting in front of us who jumped for $ 30 and didn't pay extra for anything. The point is not even that, the hell with it they paid extra, they loaded us into a car and took us to the mountains (the trip itself is already an action)
There was not a single Russian-speaking instructor, and no one instructed us either. They just brought it, attached it to the pilot and threw it off the mountain. As a result, I crash with my pilot on Cleopatra Beach. The police, the ambulance... my God, it's scary to even remember. According to insurance @KleopataFly, I was taken to the state hospital, where they took a picture and treated one wound, then took me to the hotel. Clothes and shoes are all torn. We were driven, as we were told, by the director of this poorhouse, who promised to help with medicines, clothes, etc. all the way. As a result, I was infected at the state hospital, and already on my insurance, I went to the Anatoly hospital, where all my wounds were cleaned and repeated scans were taken. They prescribed a bunch of ointments and pills. And remember this director's name. Initially, he fed with promises, and then refused to compensate for the damage at all. Not only did I collapse like a stone, but the guys who jumped after me instead of the promised 20-30 minutes soared for a maximum of 7 minutes, because as a result of this emergency they were urgently planted, brought to the office and told that their girlfriend crashed. They told me to take my things and leave. And my spouse and I still had our belongings and phones in the office, that is, we had no contact with the guys.
And the moment the pilot and I crashed, he immediately unbuckled me and ran away. But the guy from the office who collected money from us arrived and generally said that everything was fine right now we were going to take a taxi, fortunately the husband started screaming in a panic to call an ambulance and kind people helped. The staff of the beach helped us, because I couldn't get back on my feet.
And now I have been limping and healing wounds for the 5th day in Russia.
