The worst company is simple. Series 0. Not that 0 is generally in the red. Customer orientation ---0. They are rude , they refuse to give management contacts. I will never come here again
We came from Russia, rented an apartment in which there was a dirty carpet. They called Clean me at 11.05, arrived and took the carpet. They brought it in 3 days, the carpet is unclear in what condition - as if it was hung on a horizontal bar and washed with a stream of water with a hose on the street. The stains remained, there was no smell from the chemicals - they washed it with something incomprehensible, like by hand!
After we called the operator and said that our carpet was brought in the same condition as it was picked up, the operator replied that ”the guys will come and sort it out now.” As a result, no one came, and the operator stopped picking up the phone. I do not advise anyone to come here to clean anything!
