An absolutely impolite salesman!
When the receipt came out of the cash register, I thought the seller was giving it to me. I snatched it out. Then I thought I'd made a mistake and decided to ask, "Excuse me, is this my check?" The seller replies with a displeased face: "Before you snatched it, yours." Does the seller have the right to talk to customers like that? Then I say, "Okay, thanks, goodbye." There is silence in response. Is this normal at all??? I want to hear the organization's response!
Next time I'll ask for a complaint book.

It's a great place. I've been to a lot of places in the city, but everything is clear here. I announced what I wanted - the seller immediately offered everything. And every time, everything is as it should be. After several visits, they find out, they immediately say that there is. What is new to try and what is not suitable. They are definitely great guys, respect them and there would be more such points!)

the staff is ABSOLUTELY not customer-oriented. I used to come, I could even have a nice chat with the seller, but now: service through my teeth, rolling my eyes, absolutely no initiative. I came in when there was an intern and a guy on shift. there are no questions for the new girl, but the guy just killed:/

We bought the liquid in this store twice. The first time they asked to sell the lightest and most non-throat-beating , as a result, they sold a liquid that is simply impossible to smoke! The second time they asked for a liquid , sweet and rich in taste. As a result, they sold a liquid that just makes you sick!! It tastes like shampoo with cologne!!! A terrible consultant who clearly does not know the taste , not the liquids themselves !!!
