Overall, a good hotel. There is a small lobby, restaurant and toilets at the entrance. There is also a gym (very small), a swimming pool (very small) and a dining room. There is a scheduled shuttle service to the beach. The room for two was cozy, but small. The bed is soft and comfortable. Good lighting. Tea, coffee, and drinking water were provided every day. There were some moments that caused discomfort. 1. This is a three-star hotel, but we only had three towels in a room for two people. We asked for a hand towel, and they gave it to us. BUT then, at the next cleaning, the maid took it away, and again we only had three towels left. 2. There were no hygiene supplies (cotton swabs, discs, a cap, disposable toothbrushes). There was only liquid soap at the sink and liquid (three in one) in the shower. Bed linen is not changed every day. When cleaning, they do not put a second toilet paper, although there were two in the room when checking in.

We were with my husband in early November, 7 nights. Overall, the hotel is great. For three stars, take it, you won't regret it: cheap and angry.
Positive.
1) Room cleaning every day, water, tea, coffee - in the room.
2) we had breakfast and dinner: OK, the choice is small, but we ate enough.
3) very polite staff, there was not a single problem, they always suggested if necessary. But they only speak English, be prepared, download the translator.
4) Wi-Fi is excellent throughout the hotel.
5) The pool is small, but pleasant, beautiful view, towels are provided, there are drinks.
6) There are rooms for smokers! So far, this has not been seen anywhere.
7) Ideal location - Emirates Mall is 7 minutes away at a leisurely pace, and there is everything you want: food courts, metro, supermarkets, even an alcohol store (called MMI, just to the left of the Mall entrance from the parking lot, a passport is required at the checkout).
8) There is a small bar-night club, every day there are different parties, there is a sports restaurant-bar.
Minuses:
1) The hotel is small, completely packed with tourists, who sometimes behave very loudly, especially at dinner.

4) Transfer to the beach is really the main disadvantage, I agree with previous reviews. To book a transfer for 11-15 people, you need to stand in line at the reception at 5:50 in the morning! It was not so important to us: there are 81 buses from the Mall to any beach, a very convenient route, 15 minutes and you are already on Jumeirah Beach or Kite Beach. In addition, there is also the noise from the constant late-night concerts in clubs and bars in the same building as the hotel. There are 2 or 3 of them. 2 in the hotel itself, for sure. On the 1st floor. We lived on the 11th floor and even the bass from the music penetrates there. And they hang out there until one o'clock in the morning and longer. and this boom boom vibrates every night. It resonates very well.

Cons: A lot of people in the restaurant for breakfast (we were at BB), queues and all the tables are occupied, there is a hall still in the back, but it is not visible, i.e. either run to look for places to take a table then stand in line and go with plates with the hope that it was not occupied or wander with full plates in looking for a place. there were times when we didn't go to breakfast anymore. There is a kettle of coffee in the room, quite enough for the morning.

The hotel has only one advantage - its location, otherwise the hotel is not very good. At first, they did not want to check in at 01:00 at night due to the fact that they could not pay the tourist fee, and we paid it ($20), 32 cents were missing and they refused to check us in, they did not agree to the question of what we would pay tomorrow. We were shocked. One day there was no hot water in the shower, another time they forgot to put drinking water on, then they took 2 towels, and left one clean. The transfer to the beach is not organized in any way, it is necessary to make an appointment at the reception today at 6:00 am in order to leave for the beach tomorrow. We took the bus. There is no transfer to the Outlet Mall at all. In short, I do not recommend it

A clean hotel. Good service. We checked into a nice room right away. There are Russian-speaking staff at the reception, so there were no problems with communication. There is a shuttle service to the beaches, but you need to sign up in the evening. It is very conveniently located a couple of minutes walk from the metro and the Emirates Mall shopping center.
