Excellent organization. I advise everyone. On February 11, I turned to Yulia's manager for the production of murals, by the way, a very polite and pleasant girl discussed everything and on the same day they threw off the layout everything was clear, as I wanted, it was not even necessary to edit it because I ordered the production of the canvas to fit my size. You can feel the professionalism of both the manager, the designer and the guys who produce. In short, I paid for it and three days later the canvas was ready, which was pleasantly surprised. In fact, it's nice that in this studio the word does not separate from the deed, which is a very rare phenomenon nowadays. Oh, and one more thing. The payment was made with a 100% prepayment and there was doubt because the website indicated that you first need to pay 50% upon receipt of the remaining amount. In general, here the guys were on top of everything clearly. And 3 days later, on February 17th, I had the canvas. In general, thank you very much for your work.You can order from Moscow and the goods go for two weeks, but in my case, from Minsk, production and delivery take 6 days, and this is taking into account the fact that it was a weekend. We didn't get a discount, though, but it's a great team, great job. I advise everyone.

Hello.
I was warned that when making wallpaper, the tone will change a little, but not so much.....this is not 10%, but all 50%.- the color is strongly distorted (2 photos are the work I received, 1 photo is the picture from which the wallpaper was made).
There was a loss of clarity on the large seamless panel 395x245, I could not have foreseen it.
And the consultant, as a professional, did not warn me about this!
I have two complaints: -very pale and unsaturated color on a large panel;
- fuzzy image
(the plants don't have clear green branches in the foreground - everything is blurred).
This is ultimately a marriage.
According to you, everything is fine, we have received the money in the amount of 664 rubles. And I am not satisfied with the quality of your work.
I do not recommend this manufacturer!

The roll wallpaper is very thin. Even a pencil shines through from the wall where the markings were made.
The drawing is printed in several places with an offset.
After the wallpaper dried, the back of the chair slightly touched the wall and the wallpaper broke. Although there were beautiful wallpapers five years before them, which did not have a single scratch after so many years of use. They are not suitable for a children's room.

They ordered a mural and wallpaper, paid for a special color test to get into the right shades (pink), as a result, they sent a mural with tinted shades ... demanded a refund, to which the head, after previewing the photo of the finished canvas, replied: "I don't see a significant difference in colors, so we can only return 20%."
Why do a color test if you don't care about the final result?!

I ordered photo wallpapers. Children's world map. As a result, it turned out that the map is not what it should be! There are a lot of extra lines, (especially Europe) which the store employee called the borders of states (education is zero). They refused to reprint it. The money was not returned, not even part of it. Shame on such a store!!! Don't believe the reviews in insta. They won't show bad ones there!
