I came to the appointment and was told to take a picture, while waiting in line, I heard my doctor and assistant discussing me, that I came from one doctor to her, which was not pleasant. During the treatment, the assistant said this: SHE probably treated me for free and often referred to me as "she", which is not competent in relation to the patient. In general, the doctor is good, but the assistant confused the tooth for the X-ray in the X-ray room, fortunately the X-ray technician asked again and the error was eliminated in time. I give a low rating to the assistant (nurse), who tried to discuss me, made manipulations with sudden movements and often intervened in my conversation with the doctor.
Before that, I had a consultation with the same doctor and there was another nurse, such an attitude was not observed.
I tried to sign up for channel cleaning. They made an appointment for a picture and an appointment with a doctor. After 3 days, I decided to re-sign and it turned out that they were not going to treat my tooth, and this would only be a consultation. They refused to register for treatment. What kind of consultation. I know without you that I need channel cleaning. I've lost three days because of you. That's how you apply to a paid clinic with 5 stars, you expect a high level of patient orientation. And in fact, you will find out (even not immediately, but after 3 days, why they didn't tell me at the first appointment, I don't understand, it would be a surprise) that you have to come from another city to Vitebsk not for treatment, but for a consultation!!! It's just great! I have nothing better to do than ride back and forth. I understand if I said I had a toothache, well, come and see. But I'm clearly saying that we need to clean the channels, that the district polyclinic couldn't cope. No, it's still a consultation. I didn't expect such a setup from the Citiclinics, the guys were upset.

Then they called again with an offer to postpone because the doctor's last appointment was at 12 something. It was easier to cancel the appointment so that they wouldn't call again. You can either change your work schedule or work full-time.

You need to think a hundred times before taking a child there. They did oral hygiene. The doctor found a "typical" initial caries (visually healthy, white tooth) - she picked with a probe directly by force to stick it into the tooth. She offered hygiene and treatment. She refused treatment (as it turned out, for good reason). The price for hygiene was announced at 100 rubles, in the end I paid 150 (at the same time I said that the hygiene of the child is good). Before that, I had to visit 4 dentists in six months: pediatric dentistry (examination), children's regional hospital (found a small caries), filling (treated), eurostom (examination by a trusted specialist) - everything is fine.
After hygiene, we visited the dentist at eurostom to check the tooth - the tooth is completely healthy.
I treat my teeth in this clinic myself. A.S. Tikhonov is very pleased with her doctor.

As a result, they applied it badly - the plaster shrinks when it dries, apparently the doctor did not take this into account (little experience) - as a result, nothing even began to grow together in six weeks.
