We learned that we need to buy a ticket with a separate seat for a child of 1.5 g when boarding the bus. We did not receive a clear explanation of why the baby needs a separate place if he is riding in his mother's arms. The response from the female cashier was: "such a system! If someone does not come and there is an empty seat somewhere on the bus, then you will get on the flight." (that is, my husband and I cannot go with tickets if there are no empty seats!) Clean buses, polite staff. Convenient schedule. Stewards work on board, help with luggage, offer coffee, tea, soda and water during the trip.
