Indeed, the spacious apartments are at least a wheel walk. However, this space is not very convenient to use and it would be with the same functionality, even half the size. In general, the impression is not bad, if not for all the annoying little things and not the little things. For example, there are as many as two TVs - there is only one remote control for them) Similarly with air conditioners. An ineradicable bad smell from all the water drains and doubly disgusting from the toilet. The radiators - half of them don't work, they make noise so that the loose metal parts vibrate - it's a thrill at night. In the shower, the drain is 3 centimeters deep, you can lose your balance or stumble. And so on. and so on. you can go on the list for a very long time)

I moved in here because of the lack of places in the chain hotels of the city.
The small hotel building is located in the private sector. It borders on a residential private house with one fence, but it is quiet enough on the street in the evening.
Pleasant entrance group: steps, lobby area, corridors - all in granite) A very pretty girl met me at the reception. She explained everything in detail and told me. Since I checked in late in the evening, I immediately ordered dinner from the room service menu upon registration. I was very disappointed that most of the dishes from the menu were actually missing, but there were mantas with different fillings)
Now about the room - it's just huge! With three!!! balconies facing different sides. The kitchen is spacious, with everything you need, with a bar! It seems that there were only wine glasses missing… In general, the size of the room fully justifies the cost.
Wishes - a fully functioning hotel kitchen so that the room service menu does not seem so unfounded)
And more of some furniture in the living room. Now the sofa, table, and two chairs standing along the wall look somehow poor at this scale of the room.

An excellent option in terms of price / quality ratio.
Two separate rooms and a kitchen are what you need for traveling with your family.
The rooms are new, clean, tidy, bright, cozy.
The service is on the level.
The interiors are interesting and positive.
The location is excellent.
Of the cons:
1. In frosts, when problems with electricity begin in the city, a generator starts rattling under the windows and smells of exhaust. But it's probably not the hotel's fault... And perhaps not a minus, because there is a choice between freezing and inhaling gases😂
2. Breakfasts are a little monotonous, but sufficient in calories and portion size.
We will definitely come again.

We have been flying to Thailand for 3 years with a transfer in Almaty. We only live here- big new rooms, QUIET in the hotel. You can really relax here. The kitchen is also excellent- we order directly to the room. In general, I recommend it.

We took the suite as a room before and after the wedding. Everyone is delighted: husband, mother, photographer, makeup artist. Everyone was filming a beautiful terrace and a view of Kok Tobe))
Pleasant staff, breakfast was brought to the room. And we ordered lunch in the room from the same coffee shop from the hotel.
They even extended it for one night because of the aesthetic pleasure.

The hotel is beautiful, the room is gorgeous, we cleaned every day, changed the bed linen 2 times in 6 days. The only thing was that the water in the room and soap accessories were not updated, the water was turned off a couple of times, but not for long.
The staff is very friendly and attentive.
Breakfasts were included in the price, all wishes were taken into account, they were cooked quickly and tasty, brought to the room at the time they asked.

Nice apartments, spacious. Cleanliness and comfort, which is very important.
The impression is slightly spoiled by the attitude towards the guests - I just handed over the card at the reception, immediately one of the administrators ran to check the room so that nothing would happen there during my stay. Of course, I understand that you most likely have had different situations, but this spoils the impression in relation to the guest.

Great hotel. The staff is polite and attentive. Very high quality rooms. Clean, cozy, everything is new. I was impressed by the large area of the room. A well-equipped kitchen. Nice hotel, nice rooms. It can be seen that the furniture is fresh and renovated, everything is new. The only thing missing at breakfast is coffee, you have to buy it additionally, I think that the hosts need to include coffee in breakfast and everything will be fine.

A very modern concept - self-catering in the rooms! For me, it's usually a big problem with food on trips, because I'm allergic to many foods, but here I cooked for myself what I wanted and what I could do ☺️ there is a coffee shop on site, I went down there for coffee, I really liked everything! By the way, the staff is very sympathetic, they helped with any request. I will recommend it!!!
