A very strange and unfriendly woman at the reception. All I liked about her was her knowledge of Turkish, Russian and English. The hotel is beautiful, but hot water needs to be obtained by dancing with a tambourine and prayers. It's very cold in the dining room. They gave me new water every day in all the hotels, but not here. Apparently, because cleaning is done every three days. But you can take out the trash and change the water every day. Stylish, but unpleasant - all impressions. We won't be coming back.

Very friendly and courteous staff. They speak Russian. The room is also great and comfortable. The breakfasts are sad. It's a very small selection, but you won't stay hungry.
