Beautiful historical house of culture. We often come to you from Yekaterinburg for international cat shows.

We came to Kazakhstan to Petropavlovsk from Yekaterinburg, Russia. A good house of culture. The children met us with a concert. national songs and dances in the most beautiful costumes. The voices of the young songwriters exceeded all expectations. Everyone is very hospitable. The building itself is very clean and in good condition. Most likely, this is still the period of Stalin's buildings. It's nice to visit historical places. Thank you Kazakhstan!
