Among the advantages: excellent location near the mausoleum of X. Yassawi, Venice, etc. There are many food outlets near the hotel, which is important when with children, but the cuisine is all oriental. The hotel is new, the rooms are clean, which I would like to note that linen is changed daily. The rooms have bathrobes, slippers, and bathroom amenities. The hotel is only based on breakfast, so lunch and dinner outside the hotel, given that we spent whole days on excursions in the city, this is not critical.
The staff were polite, the questions were resolved immediately: we had a damp smell in one room, so we immediately replaced it with another.
There is one disadvantage, the hotel is located on the second floor, there is no elevator, so it is not very convenient for someone with sore legs.
Overall 10 out of 10. Photo for the period of departure, I forgot to take a photo at check-in.
I recommend this hotel.

It's not a bad alternative to others, the location is not bad, the staff is responsive, but it's still on the development path, if you're not picky, then you should definitely like it, there are no fat disadvantages, but if you're still inclined to evaluate, you'll find many minor drawbacks.

The hotel is normal. The staff is super, great guys. Breakfast is a little weak. The issued iron is completely bad, it has not been ironed properly, it is flowing. The courtyard is used as a parking lot.
