I liked everything, the room, the helpful staff, there was no kettle in the room, they brought it a day later, however, thanks to the Russian-speaking employee Sophie! Quietly, calmly, cleaning was also carried out unnoticeably for us, towels were changed every day, bed linen every 3 days. Good enough transport accessibility to the center... Thank you, we will come again!

2/10. A terrible hotel, firstly there is no refrigerator in the room, an electric kettle of tea and glasses. We asked for a teapot several times, but in the end our request was ignored. Secondly, during the rain on 11/24.23, our window flowed and dripped directly onto the outlet, which is very dangerous. By the way, at the expense of sockets, there are few sockets in the room and they are inconveniently located. The reception is constantly empty, the staff does not say hello if they are even there. The breakfasts are monotonous, you can't get through to the reception, the phone doesn't work. There is no hand soap, shampoo and shower gel. The only plus is that clean underwear. The worst thing is that the walls are just cardboard here, In General we are dissatisfied

The rooms were dusty upon check-in. They asked for a kettle, they gave only one per floor. The breakfasts are good, the wifi is so-so.
