A nice hotel, which is in the form of a strip with houses on both sides, which are connected perpendicular to the beach. The beach is close, the territory closes at night from 11 o'clock from the beach, it opens at 8.
I didn't go to breakfast.
But there are disadvantages: some rooms may smell damp. My room was awfully fucked up with a refrigerator and air conditioning, it was also opposite the kitchen. There was no toilet paper in the room, it was a good thing I had it with me.
Almost no one swam in the pool, I couldn't assess its cleanliness.
I won't come again, it's too expensive for such a service, I didn't come for a 4-night tour. There is a fruit shop and a minimarket nearby. I liked Mandrem and other locations better, there is too much concentration of drunk people in Morjim.

Declared 2 stars.In fact: the sea-ocean is within walking distance (2 minutes of no man's land and the sea).There are houses- "podustavshie") and rooms.Both houses and rooms have a shower, toilet, air conditioning, bed, table, wardrobe, two or three chairs, safe.The room has a set of linens, 2 towels, and there may or may not be a kettle, TV, and refrigerator in the room.The refrigerator can be cleaned- they will bring it.It seems that water is supposed to be provided at the entrance (but we were not given it), there was auverdic soap and disposable shampoos in the room for use)There were no insects in the room, there were a few ants on the terrace.In some houses, geckos, small lizards, lived on the walls.Mosquitoes did not bother (although they often write in chat rooms about the need to take a fumigator.if they took it, they didn't use it).Cleaning, as well as a change of linen and towels, is only on request-they always kindly meet you. Flushing in the toilet periodically required effort. It turns out that there was also hot water three times in 10 days at different times.But, you can wash yourself, quite cool.Breakfast included: 2 toasts, butter, sometimes jam, scrambled eggs, sometimes pancakes, coffee tea, fruits: pineapples, bananas, watermelon every day.Young guys who speak English are working - they will be able to negotiate.Only the owner "understands" Russian conditionally.The staff are smiling and friendly, but in the absence of knowledge of the language it is difficult to negotiate.When you check into a house-room, the staff of "exactly" where you will be settled, even if you have paid extra for the house, they can move into the room.They can rent a bike (400 rupees per day for 10 days, but if there are consequences, you can sort it out yourself).There is a massage on site, but I can't say anything - we didn't use it, we went to the Mantra center of Ayurveda on the way to Morjim - I liked it.(

We liked it. Cozy houses, everything you need. Refrigerator, air conditioning, tea and coffee set. Gel, shampoo, hair balm, toothbrush with paste and even a shaving machine. Cleaning on request, never refused. It's the same with changing linen and towels. The sea is nearby, a Shake on the beach with sun beds and tables, they were not kicked out when they did not take anything from them. In general, I will recommend it to friends and acquaintances. This is India, where we go for the warm sea and the sun, turning a blind eye to the shortcomings)

The walls in the room are slightly thicker than paper. The audibility is such that you can easily talk to your neighbors through the wall. The cracks in the front door are three fingers long. For 10 days, the water in the pool was always cloudy or a strange color. The air conditioning provided in the room may not be available. So is the refrigerator. But this is generally a separate story. He needs to be caught when someone from other rooms is evicted. There are also advantages: in 2025, the building with the rooms was freshly painted, so the walls look decent in the rooms. Otherwise, everything is like everywhere else in Morjima: access to the sea through abandoned buildings with garbage, a view from the room to a vacant lot with empty bottles, noisy companies near the bungalows.

I would recommend it. The room was cleaned). The linen was changed if you asked , the towels were the same . Nice staff, helpful. A birthday cake with candles was brought . It was important to us that the sea was nearby . The beach is clean, there are not many people , we went to the city to eat, 15 minutes and a very nice cafe. Clean and inexpensive , the menu is European , there are also Indian dishes . Everything is delicious. We ate sometimes at the beach bar. It 's also delicious .
