Not much of an establishment, for an amateur. An open space in a shopping mall, where dust and all kinds of other contagion are flying around, well, these are so little things. The guys at the counter are not clear, they are fussing about something, there is a crowd at the checkout, they don't know who to serve themselves, they grab these pies there, they tear, they fall apart. It's a bit of a mess.

A large selection of drinks, especially cold ones. The service is fast. Of the disadvantages, probably, that they are served in disposable dishes, even when you eat on the spot. I understand that this is more convenient, but the price for everything is considerable, so I want a more beautiful presentation, to be honest)

The main advantage is the best Cinnabon pastries in Minsk today, in my opinion. I'm going here specifically.

The situation was like this: the man's wife ordered tea, which the man did not want to drink, he just asked the cashier to return 2p (TWO RUBLES!!!!), the tea bag was not even unpacked yet, to which the seller said: NO! We do not refund! After long incomprehensible conversations and the principle of the seller, another guy came after all, publicly turned over a jar of change on the table, counted out for tea and said: "JUST COUNT IT, PLEASE."... We haven't seen such tin for a long time.. Why do sellers allow themselves to go on some principles and humiliate customers, while publicly. Our turn came, it was unpleasant just to watch it even from the outside, we said we didn't want to buy anything here and left. Deal with your staff and punish those who were on this shift!!! 01.01.2022. we visited this place in order to take delicious pastries with us and faced terrible service. The staff is not attentive and indifferent to visitors. If you ask for 2 cups of large coffee, in fact you get 1 small coffee. the employee also stipulated that the food was for takeaway and needed appliances. And in the end, they just gave me a box with 2 synabones without devices and a package. After being asked to give out the devices, the employee simply turned away and continued to go about her business. The mood was spoiled and after that I didn't even want delicious buns.

The buns are amazing, very tasty. I take off the star for intrusive service and an attempt to "promote" something more expensive. For example, the guy offered a bun immediately with additives, as if you couldn't take anything without it. It's the same with coffee, they say there is only a big one, although this is not the case. A very unpleasant aftertaste remained because of this.
