All appointments were professional and to the point, nothing superfluous. Ksenia was always in touch, she could also consult on the phone. As we have already written here, the staff has changed and the clinic has become terrible. I go to another one, where a veterinarian from Chaka now works, who has always treated my animals. But I had to go to Chaki at night to rearrange the catheter for the dog. Mikhail Lenov was on duty there and I am almost sure that he graduated from the circus school with honors. I was going to wrap a catheter in a dog's paw without an upper plug, because "these are human catheters, and dogs eat them!! that's when your dog with enteritis eats it, that's when! ..." The fact that drugs are administered through two ports, as well as the sterility of the circus school gold medalist did not know. Cursing, he eventually opened a new catheter and put a plug on it, although not without expressed dissatisfaction. By the way, the circus has started working in Batumi and I think Mikhail will quit soon. I will definitely go to his performance.

I will not go to this clinic unless absolutely necessary!
I applied for blood collection (UAC, biochemistry and t4) and tonometry. I clarified in advance about the possibility of carrying out these manipulations, because it was important to do everything in one place so as not to drag the cat around different clinics. These procedures were confirmed to me, but I had to wait for the t4 cassette. After 2 weeks, the delivery arrived. I clarified the need for an appointment, to which they replied that they could come at any time. We arrived at 10 a.m. the next day, where we were turned around and told that the laboratory was not working, we could not say the laboratory's output - "they are floating, I decided to put them on this week." The next time I called in advance, they confirmed that she had been working since 11.
Upon arrival at the clinic, they tell us that they will not be able to do tonometry for us (I clarified in advance about this manipulation). Blood was taken only for the 5th puncture, there was no normal tourniquet, the paw was clamped with a rubber band from a glove and a surgical clamp, which already made the cat very uncomfortable. On the 4th puncture, I refuse to donate blood and take the cat in my arms, removing the tourniquet. Another girl comes in, who gets into a vein the first time and takes blood without this "tourniquet". The tests were done quickly - I'll give you one star for that.
I sincerely do not understand why they give false information, force me to ride back and forth with an animal because of this, and in fact also do not receive high-quality services provided (and promised). In fact, they came for a simple blood collection procedure (and the promised tonometry, which did not turn out to be), but they left with such sad conclusions.
