Honestly, I never write reviews, but here it's a cry from the soul! I ordered cleaning for the first time, I thought I would make my life easier, but it wasn't there. After the cleaning, I had to wash everything that was touched. The cleaning consisted of cleaning 2 rooms, cleaning the bathroom, corridor, kitchen - this is what is standard, we additionally ordered an oven sink, extractor hood, refrigerator and microwave. One nice girl came, the stated cleaning time was 7 hours. In 6.5 hours, she barely cleaned the kitchen, I won't say that it was super dirty. After the kitchen, they asked to wash only the mirrors in the wardrobe and the bathroom. That's it! I had more patience! After leaving, the jambs began to show up - the facade of the kitchen was damaged, the appearance of the oven and the hood were damaged. The oven is not cleaned, and the answer to the question of why was "I couldn't wash it." The kitchen was filled with azelite and everywhere there is aluminum, EVERYTHING is RUINED! The microwave is not washed from the word at all. Our kitchen products were used, we only found out about it after. Our wet rags were in the drawers. When it came time to pay, there was no change, they don't accept it online anymore. They didn't scrape together the full amount without 9 rubles, the answer to the clinic was "okay, I didn't finish it." Just so you know, not even half of what was stated was done, she didn't even enter the rooms! After such a "successful" cleaning, I will never order a new one again!

The bathtub was practically not washed. It got better after the instructions, but there are still divorces everywhere. I didn't notice when I looked at it that the tiles in the bathroom hadn't been touched at all - the water was still there. The glass doors in the kitchen are wiped with a normal cloth without streaks - 3 minutes. The cleaner rubbed two flaps (smeared the product) 20 minutes. The divorces remained. I've run out of patience and time. I let her go.

I ordered dry cleaning of the headboard and mattress on both sides. The main purpose is to remove the stain from the headboard, just to refresh the mattress. The master warned that the stain might not go away. We thought that everything would work out because it's not that scary, it hasn't been processed before. And we applied for dry cleaning based on the photos that were provided on the website, where the furniture is in terrible condition with old stains that cleaning removes at once. As a result, the master completed all the work in 30 minutes (this is taking into account all the preparatory work)... naturally, the stain remained in place) after such a wonderful dry cleaning, even the dust from the headboard was not removed... how's that? the cleaning quality is better with a regular vacuum cleaner ... After feedback on the work done, they offered to come and remove the dust)
