The worst dry cleaner I've ever used! I brought a coat with a request to remove the smell, paid for it, but the smell remained the same! I was told that odors are not removed, but they did not explain it about the change!!!! The woman did not even try to meet me halfway, did not offer any solutions, and when I asked for a refund, she refused, explaining that the work had been done. And what kind of work has been done?????!!!!! I am extremely disappointed and will inform all my friends and acquaintances about this red incident!
