I was dealing with a problem: the mbp 2018 type-c ports were not working. The employee at the reception outlined the options for what the problem might be and how long the diagnosis would take approximately. I have oriented the cost in case the expectations are confirmed.
After the diagnosis, I called and discussed the final decision: one of the options was confirmed + we agreed to replace the battery and the top case.
I knew about the battery in advance that there was a possibility of replacement, the top case needed to be changed, even according to the keyboard replacement program for this model, but I still couldn't get my hands on it. As a result, the price was within expectations, there were no surprises on receipt, and the deadlines met optimistic expectations.

I am a disappointed customer and my experience with the Chipset has been terrible. I was told that it was impossible to repair the battery of the right AirPod and offered to buy a new one for 20,000 AMD (about $ 50).
I came to buy it today and was shocked that the price had risen to 25,000 AMD (about $66). No one explained the reason. The female employee was rude and impolite, and the male employee could not explain the price change.
I do not recommend the Chipset. They don't have a price list, and the staff are rude and incompetent.

I brought a laptop of a rare model for diagnostics. They promised to call back within two days. I called them at the end of the 4th day myself. They said that they diagnosed the problem for a long time. I don't mind, but was it possible to call, warn?
When they were diagnosed, they offered an expensive replacement of the matrix (there was a problem with the screen, it was turned off). I decided to transfer to another service to get a second opinion. In another service, we found a better solution and 2 times cheaper.
When I came to pick up the laptop, I found scratches and glue sticking out. It was not glued with high quality, I had to contact another service.
