Meal was oversalted.and oily. Meat wasn’t the best, potatoes salty, oily, cold and came before the meat.
Teas is weak.
Lemons cut by a child with chunky slices.
Very disappointing.
This year, the Chinor Teahouse in the old town has become much better. I recommend it for lovers of delicious homemade food made from good products. This is the best lagman in Bukhara, it is not greasy, the vegetables are aldente, the beef is fat-free, the dough is not stiff. Also, homemade caesar salad without anchovies, with olivaise, but very tasty, the cheese is also local and good. The shish kebab surprised me too, the beef is very soft. I would also like to mention the selection of tomatoes, all red and ripe. In general, well done.
The owner advised us to go upstairs. It's not so hot there and the air conditioner is working.
The dishes are excellent. Mantas are just an explosion of taste.
The barbecue is good, but we ate better. Beef is a small portion, because meat is expensive - 150,000 soums (1,000 rubles).
It is difficult to get used to the fact that everything is based on trust. We ate, then the waiter says, the cash register is downstairs, tell me the table number. They have been taught to be honest and open since childhood, and unfamiliar children always greet each other.
The place is good, it's almost the center and the price tag is nice. Everything in the photo cost 69,000 soums.
Opposite the market. Definitely, you need to go through it to the mausoleum in the park.
Delicious, mostly national cuisine, kebabs, salads are great, excellent service, friendly staff, good location, right in the old town, upstairs there is a veranda with a good view of the city
We were very upset by the service. Everyone advised to visit there. In fact: in the evening, in spring weather that was far from warm, they planted it on the terrace, although there were seats inside. The waiters did not come for a long time, not all the dishes were available, they forgot that we still had an order, the cuisine was average, they served warm, they did not warn that there was no bread. Two stars for the beetroot salad, although my husband wanted to put one star. You couldn't get the waiters, they barely paid and left. No customer orientation. I don't recommend it.
It's a great place! Very atmospheric atmosphere, excellent staff and decent cuisine! The prices are average, but the food quality is consistent) clean, cozy and very nice!
We are thrilled! An amazing place (inconspicuous) in the center of Bukhara. Feel free to go, it's much tastier here than in the restaurant by the pond with swans! Lagman is the best in my life!
I ordered a barbecue myself and some tobacco .very tasty and juicy shish kebab. The chefs work quickly and efficiently. Everything was packed neatly and efficiently. It's worth taking, I recommend it to everyone
Terrible service and attitude towards the guests
We came to the restaurant — the hall was completely empty, chose a table with a view, sat down, made an order. After a while, with drinks and partially brought dishes, the waiters came up to us and asked us to move because they "remembered" that this table was reserved. Apparently, the reservation was forgotten only after we were served.
And where were we transferred to? That's right — to the toilet table, without the slightest apologies or alternatives.
Such disrespect for the guests and the organization is just a disgrace. Of course, we left before we finished eating, and we're not going back there. A beautiful view is not worth the rudeness and mess. I don't recommend it.
It's a good place. We ordered lamb dishes. Very tasty. It worked out. Delicious salads. The prices are reasonable. There are a lot of people. They serve us quickly. We recommend it!
I would not recommend this place to tourists. The guide advised me, and the very next day I went there and was horrified. The place is located in the old town, but inside it looks like you've come to the outskirts of some kind. We were greeted by a hand wash, stairs and a scary vestibule, I was already scared. The cafe itself is even more or less pretty, but then I opened the menu. I didn't want to eat anything from the menu + the prices were unreasonably high. Wine by the glass or not, or they didn't want to sell, they offered a bottle right away. The music was playing from a speaker that barely seems to work. We got up and went to the beautiful restaurant next door. I didn't taste it with my "eyes," and that says a lot. I concluded that the guide is being paid extra for the recommendation. If you don't like it, feel free to get up and leave.
It is located in a tourist spot in the old town. We followed the recommendation, but we won't recommend it. We took lagman - meat is impossible to chew, lettuce tomatoes with cucumbers are normal, but too much salt, lettuce with eggplant- carrots are very salty. Mohitto was given one sprig of mint, 3 slices of lemon, and all of it was floating in a liter of green soda. Manti are generally normal, thin dough, but the child did not finish even one, as there were veins inside. Although it usually eats everything. They brought beer to my husband in a cracked glass, and after asking him to replace it, they brought another one. But the lemonade glass came back with a crack. Lula can be singled out separately, it was delicious. Therefore, I give 3 stars. I do not recommend visiting.
It's a great place. It is located in the old town. The food is very tasty. The portions are huge, the assortment is not rich, but you can choose both the first and the second. The prices are reasonable
The waiters are smart and polite
There is live music
You can sit on the veranda in the fresh air.
It's a popular tourist destination, and travel agencies bring you here for lunch and dinner. I can't tell you the prices, they were 2 times from a travel agency. Despite the crazy traffic, the national dishes are cooked very tasty. Although there are a lot of tables, you may not get there right away.
We went as a family, we liked everything, the child is very happy, the food is very tasty, the portions are good, you can sit on the veranda, you can book in advance so that there is a place, we were lucky because we came without reservation.
Live music is playing.
The waiters are polite and welcome at the entrance, they will tell you immediately where it is free and you can sit and eat.
!!It's cool, we'll come again
A great place, in the very center, without too much pathos. Atmospheric, tasty and inexpensive. If you're having a meal, and not showing off, then this is about a plane tree.
I do not recommend it, there are plenty of more worthy places nearby, I went in because of the external beauty of the building. One star to the cook - everything is delicious. They sit down in the dining room, if there are free tables in beautiful halls, they cheat when calculating. I went in, asked about the terrace, they said it was possible. She got up. There are repairs on the highway. They didn't plant it there. Then they took me to a beautiful hall on the 2nd floor. 10 tables were definitely empty. 2-3 are busy. Then they decided that it was not worth putting one person here, because the tables were beautifully set for larger companies, they took me and another guy who was already sitting at the table there choosing a menu back to the first floor in a side hall with a level and interior of market cafes. I ordered lamb, lagman and pilaf. We sat in complete silence, listening to the slurping of other tables, although there is a TV there, we could at least turn on the music. After trying the first two dishes, they asked you to pack, I say I'm waiting for more pilaf, it turned out there was no pilaf. I searched for pilaf in the city for three days, by the evening there is not much of it left, when I came in I asked if there was pilaf, they said yes. There are a lot of maintenance staff, useless. Then I asked for the bill, he counted 190,000 on the calculator, I counted it myself, taking a photo from the menu in advance, and charged 15% for the service, it turned out to be almost 20,000 less. I asked where else 18,000 came from? I counted it correctly the second time.
Very nice cafe-restaurant. I highly recommend the lamb in the oven, it's just magical. The prices, by the way, will also pleasantly surprise you. Definitely 5 out of 5.
A place for tourists, with relatively good food, but not bad, of average quality and service. You definitely don't need to start exploring Bukhara and Uzbek cuisine here.
The pilaf and mojito were delicious. But they brought a liter of lemonade instead of half (there are no prices for drinks on the menu!) and considered it more expensive. And there's a 20% service fee! (In the hall) I don't think this is normal. As a result, 90,000 for pilaf and lemonade. I warn you right away that the portions are huge, which is a plus, but I ate a quarter and was full. In general, I don't understand what to praise with such prices.
Tasty, inexpensive, large portions. The staff works quickly. I liked the dumplings. You can pay bills without waiting for the waiter downstairs at the checkout. Just by saying the table number. A lot of foreigners were brought in for lunch, so it was necessary to eat before them.
Great cuisine!
We were with a tour group at lunch. The whole group of 16 people were very satisfied. We ate salads, soup with meatballs and manti! All with a Bang!! In the evening we went to dinner with our families. Everything was very tasty and wonderful - shish kebab, meat, salads are all great!
Many thanks to the chefs and especially to the waiter Ichthyor for a great and delicious evening!
Sincerely recommended to visit!Only in the season when there is a large tourist flow, it is better to book a table in advance.
Lagman is not recommended, the meat is very tough. The service is so-so, they brought 2 drinks in cracked dishes. All the dishes are more salty than necessary. Delicious kebabs. The prices are 1.5-2 times more expensive than the average, +15% for the service by receipt. For three people, 2+1 rubles. we ate 330,000 rubles without much pleasure from the dishes. There is alcohol.
The food is delicious. The waiting time for the dish is average. The price is satisfactory. The staff is the very thing! The place is cozy. Well, in general, everything is fine!!!
Specific cuisine. Delicious, greasy, spicy. The price is adequate for lunch ~ 100000sum(~1000r) for two. The portions are large. The staff is unhurried, like everywhere else. 15% for the discussion is immediately added to the receipt. Overall good
The worst place. We came as a group. The manager said he would not serve. He said that the minimum cost of the order should be 100,000 soums. And we wanted to eat a pilaf that costs 40,000, we were told that they would not serve. I don't recommend it. They said whatever you want, that's it. At least complain somewhere. Their client is always wrong. That they are right. There will be a lot of negative reviews soon.
There were no problems in Samarkand.
To the attention of travelers, there is a high probability that they will try to cheat you in this institution. For example, they began to assure us that the prices on the menu were old and suddenly increased. We ordered pilaf and salad. No complaints about the food.
Good day! We went to this restaurant for lunch. Nice staff. Although the veranda was closed, they offered to open it if we wanted. But we went inside. It's warmer there. There were plenty of visitors (unlike other establishments), but there were places. Delicious pilaf, manti. People ordered kebabs, obviously knowing their quality.
Slow service (as everywhere else).
The prices are not great!!! (Unlike other establishments)
15% Service fee (as everywhere)
I thought for a long time, but I took off one star for the toilet.... It's like the old train stations, but very clean.
In general, I definitely recommend it!!! Especially in the Center
The staff is great, but the quality of the food is quite mediocre. Probably due to the huge number of tour groups, only while we were sitting (well, an hour and a half, no more) I saw 3 groups of 15 people.
Score 4 only for the nice waitress and the cognac that was not diluted with water from the toilet.
Delicious pilaf and lagman, good service, convenient that you do not have to wait for the bill, but you can pay at the checkout by table number.
Disgusting kebabs, it's a shame, but they just don't know how to cook them.
Lamb 6 pieces of 2 fat, 1 raw, 1 bone
Lumpy - the edges are not fried, dry and tasteless
Chicken is the only one that can still be eaten, BUT chicken also comes with bones!
Lyulyakebab is absolutely tasteless and the edges of the shish kebab are also not fried ...
Tea bags - in my opinion, the price tag is too high for a package!
I dined there about 5 times - ordering different types of kebabs and each time it was a fiasco....
We came here because of the reviews...
we didn't like any of the dishes, the prices are higher than other local establishments and the portions are smaller. Ordinary fresh plastic vegetables like from pyaterochka ...
Branded soup (which should be clarified if there is) resembles cabbage soup with mutton... The mantas are over-salted... Pickled cabbage is simply soaked in something (not pickled)... The tea was barely brewed (thanks for changing it).
In general, it is an ordinary TOURIST place. I do not recommend it.
Tasteless, the portions are small. We tried some soup - they brought 150 milliliters, lagman - they brought cold, one onion, the manti were all soaked, the lula is not bad, but the onion is disgusting to it. And finally, they brought a pot of tea - they put ONE tea bag, lemon and a lot of sugar in a 700 ml teapot. I don't drink tea with sugar, it was possible to clarify this before serving. I don't recommend this place.
my group and I abruptly changed the lunch location, so we didn't know what was going to happen, but it was a terribly centralized lunch. the food was delicious and cheesy, but it was very dirty, the appliances were streaked, some kind of wool was found in the ice cream, and there were hairs in the mantas. The toilet is a silent horror, there is no light and there is just a candle
Canteen, where does the high rating come from? Poor service. It was 04.05 at 1400. There are not enough dishes, they asked 3 times to bring glasses and cutlery, they could not find glasses and cutlery, they had to take it from the next table themselves. The barbecue was cooked for an hour.
Muslim toilet, tin. There are no napkins to wipe your hands.
A darkened place.
