This year, the Chinor Teahouse in the old town has become much better. I recommend it for lovers of delicious homemade food made from good products. This is the best lagman in Bukhara, it is not greasy, the vegetables are aldente, the beef is fat-free, the dough is not stiff. Also, homemade caesar salad without anchovies, with olivaise, but very tasty, the cheese is also local and good. The shish kebab surprised me too, the beef is very soft. I would also like to mention the selection of tomatoes, all red and ripe. In general, well done.

Terrible service and attitude towards the guests
We came to the restaurant — the hall was completely empty, chose a table with a view, sat down, made an order. After a while, with drinks and partially brought dishes, the waiters came up to us and asked us to move because they "remembered" that this table was reserved. Apparently, the reservation was forgotten only after we were served.
And where were we transferred to? That's right — to the toilet table, without the slightest apologies or alternatives.
Such disrespect for the guests and the organization is just a disgrace. Of course, we left before we finished eating, and we're not going back there. A beautiful view is not worth the rudeness and mess. I don't recommend it.

The place is located in the old town, but inside it looks like you've come to the outskirts of some kind. We were greeted by a hand wash, stairs and a scary vestibule, I was already scared. The cafe itself is even more or less pretty, but then I opened the menu. I didn't want to eat anything from the menu + the prices were unreasonably high. Wine by the glass or not, or they didn't want to sell, they offered a bottle right away. The music was playing from a speaker that barely seems to work. We got up and went to the beautiful restaurant next door. I didn't taste it with my "eyes," and that says a lot. I concluded that the guide is being paid extra for the recommendation. If you don't like it, feel free to get up and leave.

Then they decided that it was not worth putting one person here, because the tables were beautifully set for larger companies, they took me and another guy who was already sitting at the table there choosing a menu back to the first floor in a side hall with a level and interior of market cafes. I ordered lamb, lagman and pilaf. We sat in complete silence, listening to the slurping of other tables, although there is a TV there, we could at least turn on the music. After trying the first two dishes, they asked you to pack, I say I'm waiting for more pilaf, it turned out there was no pilaf. I searched for pilaf in the city for three days, by the evening there is not much of it left, when I came in I asked if there was pilaf, they said yes. There are a lot of maintenance staff, useless. Then I asked for the bill, he counted 190,000 on the calculator, I counted it myself, taking a photo from the menu in advance, and charged 15% for the service, it turned out to be almost 20,000 less. We were with a tour group at lunch. The whole group of 16 people were very satisfied. We ate salads, soup with meatballs and manti! All with a Bang!! In the evening we went to dinner with our families. Everything was very tasty and wonderful - shish kebab, meat, salads are all great!

Branded soup (which should be clarified if there is) resembles cabbage soup with mutton... The mantas are over-salted... Pickled cabbage is simply soaked in something (not pickled)... The tea was barely brewed (thanks for changing it).
