Our whole family expresses great gratitude to Ageichik Alexander Gennadievich for his professionalism, love for animals, sensitivity and empathy. Thank you and your staff (especially Maria Sidlerenok) for fighting for our Richard's life. Alexander Gennadievich is a very competent specialist and a wonderful person who worries about his patients, as well as their owners. From the very beginning, we made the wrong choice - we turned to Vet Help. We brought our Cornish Rex to this office with our own hands. After FOUR days of dripping in the hospital, a dehydrated animal was brought to this one!!! (Creatinine increased from 300 units to 1,500). As it turned out, the medicine did not enter the vein, but poured under his stomach!!!! And we couldn't figure out why he was wet!!! The cat was not treated, blood pressure was not measured, but they gave us an expensive dietary supplement under the guise of medicine. Let our Richard dream of Mr. Semeshchenka V.V. from Vet Help (Borisov) - "to the great healer" - in the most terrible dreams.

I treated a cat at this vet clinic.
Late in the evening, an urgent vet appointment was required. Choosing between the advertised clinics in Minsk and "Four Paws" in Zhodino, I decided to go here. And she didn't regret it.
I would like to immediately thank the clinic's management for the established working hours and the opportunity to receive a doctor's examination and necessary diagnostics (tests, ultrasound) at a later time. In Minsk, in the evening, they could only offer an examination by a veterinarian on duty.
I also want to thank the administrators of Four Paws for their work and separately for their patience. I watched them listen and respond to all the thanks and dissatisfaction of the customers.
Thanks to the veterinarian Saunin Semyon Valeryevich (he was our replacement doctor) for his advice on treatment.
And, of course, many thanks to the veterinarian Sergey Konstantinovich Ivanov! For his professionalism. For the ability to correctly prescribe a course of treatment based on the symptoms, the few analyses that we had, and my confused story, and to relieve the acute condition of the cat. Thanks!

Archie's chihuahua tick bite turned out to be very serious. The consequences could be very sad. But, thanks to the fact that the doctors very quickly and promptly conducted an examination and determined the cause of the disease, our pet is alive today and makes us happy. The dog was treated in this clinic, she had epilepsy attacks, initially the impression of the clinic was good, but we were very wrong, Borisov was contacted twice and each time no tests, droppers, only injections, after doctor's appointments the dog got worse, after 1.5 days we went to the clinic in Zhodino (in Borisov by for some reason, neither an ultrasound nor a blood test could be taken) there they took expensive useless tests from her + prescribed drugs, the attack was never stopped, they did not even offer to put an IV (the dog had severe intoxication and did not eat for 3-4 days) and sent us home, they gave us hope, they constantly said that everything would be fine, the dog would live, and when she was gone, chapters. the doctor quickly "changed his shoes" and retracted his words, I am disappointed with this clinic and regret that we entrusted the life of our ponytail to these specialists. I do not recommend going there.

I went to the vet clinic with a cat. I got an appointment with the doctor Ivanov Sergey. It is rare to meet such a responsive doctor. I promptly did the tests and prescribed treatment))) and after leaving, he suggested what and how. It is rare to meet a doctor who treats his case with such responsibility. I couldn't find some medicines, I called and asked what could be replaced. He always answered and explained what and how. And, after a couple of weeks, my cat went on the mend. They brought a dog today, don't stand on your paws. Without recording. There were no other animals in the clinic. The doctor didn't even come out. The women were talking on the phone. We were told that there should be a recording now. We replied that we would wait. After that, the woman began to make an appointment with the dog an hour later. It's like we don't exist... After hanging up, she told us to go to another clinic. You see, they have everything scheduled, but the recording has not yet arrived, but they are very much waiting. The doctor never came to us. To my words, that the doctor did not even come out to us, the doctor still deigned to show herself. But nothing has changed. They refused to accept the animal, they said to go to another place.

A cat with suspected lichen was brought in. For an inspection duration of 3 minutes using an ultraviolet light bulb -40p. The second cat was brought in critical condition. The doctor took her temperature and told her to go to a "Friend" for an ultrasound - 24p. And the cat had severe seizures. The animal was in great pain and did not even get an injection. The only positive thing is that very quickly and for only 17p they gave a certificate that the cat does not have lichen.
