- is there karaoke?
- we don't have karaoke
although the sign screams KARAOKE VIP
when ordering hookah , cocktails and snacks . not everything is available in the menu as it says.
Snacks that are not being prepared were waiting for an hour when the room was less than 10% full.
When choosing cocktails, the waiter does not know the ingredients. There were also questions for the bartender, the same cocktail was different when ordering it again. Plus, they also wanted to cheat when calculating, or everything is bad with mathematics. None of the waiters introduced themselves. GUYS, WORK ON THE SERVICE AND THE LEVEL OF SERVICE.

It's a good place. There are vips. We celebrated a birthday once. Delicious cuisine. And salads and hot dishes. And teas in general, the sound insulation is really not very good, but you can eavesdrop and sing the same song)

I was there a couple of years ago when I stayed in Uralsk on business. Excellent hookahs, delicious food, friendly service. I consider one of the best places in the city for a comfortable stay.
