The first time I came across the fact that the pancakes are cooked for 40 minutes. Serving pancakes was meant with bacon and mushrooms. But half an hour later (or without picking mushrooms in a nearby supermarket), one of the employees came up to us and asked if we would mind serving without mushrooms. We don't mind, but the price tag didn't get any smaller because of it. And the prices are above average by the way. The cocktail was brought to me with a sprinkle of birch twigs. The places themselves on the outdoor veranda are very dirty, even used napkins are lying between the pillows. The staff is not engaged in the hall, 5 people are just sitting on their phones. We were the only guests. We are very disappointed, the service is like in a roadside cafe, the prices are like in top restaurants.

When you are waiting for the menu in an empty veranda, and at this time the waiter and the administrator are "sitting" on the phone, this is simply disrespectful to the guests. When you ask to recommend a dish, and the administrator points to the menu with his finger and says - here, 3 sets, choose. It's ridiculously simple. When a fish plate with frozen tasteless fish is brought, it is already disrespectful to the kitchen. They gave the dish back. When you buy a fish set for 75 rubles, you expect at least 2 sauces, because the waiter sees that there are two of us. So the two of us have to "dip" the shrimp in batter in the same saucepan? This is a "bad move" on the part of the institution. The hookah was not offered at all. And this is such a forgotten, but in this institution such a familiar "girl!!"or "young man!!" - you constantly have to call the waiter!
The only good thing about this place is the view from the summer veranda to the street.

We sat down at the table on the summer veranda, the order was brought quickly enough, the Caesar salad looked delicious, I really wanted to start it, BUT ... I didn't have time to eat a couple of pieces as a SPIDER smugly and boldly crawled out of the salad!!!! Not a little bug, but a SPIDER!!! Barely restraining my reflex, I called the waiter, the girl removed the plates and asked to invite the manager. But he wasn't there, they tried to hide it carefully, explaining in every possible way that she was already heading to talk to me, but after 40 minutes, a woman came with a purse on her shoulder, apparently she was in such a hurry that she forgot to take it off, and introduced herself as the manager of the restaurant, while she wasn't even wearing During the conversation, it became clear that she was an assistant manager. She politely explained that this could happen, because you can find a spider in salad leaves, but, sorry, I didn't know that they were also in washed leaves. After several calls on her part to settle the conflict, I paid the bill, of course, minus the salad and left. I think it's not worth commenting on anything else!I would also like to add that for two people the check amounted to 90 rubles, which is about 3 thousand Russian rubles, for this money, not that in Minsk, in Moscow you can eat together!!!!

I was at Oleg Miami's performances on 08/26/2023. What can I say. Maybe the bar is not bad. But that day, the organizers, in pursuit of revenue, decided to sell tickets 5 times more than the bar room could accommodate. It was a complete mess. God forbid some kind of emergency, people would not be able to get out of there. There was nothing to breathe. There are no air conditioners. In general, the impression of the place was spoiled.

We sat at the table for 2.5 hours and it was impossible, we just left without waiting for our dishes. I had a friend working there as a waiter, we couldn't just leave this situation and decided to ask what was the matter. What she said shocked us. In this institution, one of the administrative persons is the head of production, as I understand it, she used to work there as a technologist, a person has no idea about food at all, its preparation, in this area she is zero, because they call a chef from a neighboring institution to help her and this cook teaches, and this a clueless production manager and her chefs from THE STREET. Everyone just laughs at this situation, as a person in such a position may not know how to cook dishes, she should be able to teach cooks herself. Half of the dishes, it is not possible to eat, although the prices are not small. I also wanted to say that cooks of another nationality WITHOUT Medical BOOKS, why does not the sanitary station and other regulatory authorities pay attention to this. It is really impossible to remain silent, the institution itself is not bad, but the whole picture is spoiling because of specific people. But we decided to give a second chance, we were on the summer terrace, MY GOD!!! NOTHING HAS CHANGED IN HALF A YEAR, people still sit for hours, refuse their orders and leave, where are the managers looking at all! People will stop coming to you soon. Caesar with shrimps is a solid cabbage with mayonnaise, cherries are so small and there are few of them that they seem not to exist. Sarah's cocktail is delicious, Alina's cocktail was all champagne and it seemed to be diluted with water. Hookah. There were practically no tobacco flavors that were wanted. The hookah burns quickly, despite the partial change of coals, but this can be forgiven, because the institution does not position itself as a hookah bar. But you can't forgive a cockroach in the toilet. Prices are the same as in Minsk, food quality does not pull for this amount. One star for the interior and Sarah's cocktail.

I've been there several times. Overall, I liked the place. A pretentious place where juicy people are looking for acquaintances with uncles and younger people who have money. The atmosphere is pleasant, the stucco and decoration of the room suggests a very expensive place. It's not cheap. I can't appreciate the kitchen because I didn't eat there. Hamburgers are not my food. The alcohol is really high quality and the bartenders are very responsive. There is security, but professionally, they are not visible. This is a big plus. You can light a hookah. I liked. I'll come back again. I put 4 because of the kitchen.

There are mirrors above the tables, in which ladies constantly come up and preen themselves and they are not embarrassed that people are sitting here. They called the bar Churchill, but there was no atmosphere, except for some portraits. So the contingent there also leaves mixed feelings. Already at the exit, the art director caught up with us and offered some cards to regular customers, but next time, and considering that we clarified that we came from abroad and after such an experience, she still offered to visit their institution and get the cards 😁😁 The evening was very spoiled after visiting this place.
