We were visiting Pavlodar.
They were looking for a place for a late dinner, many establishments refused to accept an order for the kitchen despite the reserve of 1 hour of working time.
But this institution surprised not only the working schedule, but also the service. The friendliness and positivity of the staff is immediately evident. They advised their best dishes and salads - everything turned out to be exactly as they described - no complaints.
The prices are average.
