When booking a large hall, be prepared for the fact that you will not have a private event, but a courtyard.
There is a reception desk with a cash register in this hall, and everyone who comes in there falls in to pay, and there is also a shared toilet for the second floor in the same hall, so you can get to know everyone who rents other spaces at this time. There is zero privacy and no warning about this when booking. A rude administrator who can't solve a single issue. Tired equipment, sagging sofas. If you suddenly want to use karaoke, the sound will be terrible, and the connection is intermittent. And the administrator is still not involved, he gets annoyed, but he can't do anything. And the huge spider in the toilet, of course, adds charm.

A great place to hold your event. We celebrated the child's birthday in VIP 3, its biggest plus is that it has another small room with a separate console where the children rested and we celebrated as adults in the main room, where not only a game console but also karaoke and a lot of other entertainment.
The prices are pleasant, the staff is responsive and came to help with equipment and other issues at any moment.

Overstuffed, crumbling, worn sofas.
Karaoke is set up through crutches, the sound is rattling, the connection is unstable. Fortunately, I had my laptop with me, from where I turned on karaoke songs, otherwise you would have to turn them on with a PS4 flooded with a gamepad with buttons that stuck.
A special surprise is the space you rent - the entrance courtyard, everyone comes in search of an administrator, to the toilet or to buy "local" alcohol or drinks.
Broken VR, "broken cable".
For everything that is written about the room when renting, you need to go separately and ask the administrators, you just have the TV on at the entrance.
Disappointed. Don't trust a beautiful website.

We were in your space today on 21.12 and we want to express our dissatisfaction, first of all we ordered for 5 hours and the administrator checked with us in a couple of days to see if everything was in force) But as a result, today they tell us that they booked for 4 hours before 20:00, this is complete misinformation and completely ruined the whole evening for us, because it was us who lacked 1 hour.

I say right away that we are talking about VIP room 1. Perhaps others are better, but this rating is specifically for this room.
In this VIP establishment, it's not about quality, but just about a separate room for people.
So, room No. 1: super elongated, sheathed in boards, with worn-out covers for "sofas", tiles from the school toilet on the floor, a squishy table, a terrible ceiling, which they wanted to disguise with a garland.
It feels like you're coming to a sauna, not a movie room where you can watch something with your friends. The technique is such that it is easier to connect the phone to the speaker than to turn on YouTube, the Internet practically does not catch.
It's super uncomfortable, there's not enough space (the room is designed for 10 people), there's no atmosphere...
You can take a chance and go to other rooms in the same office, of course, but I don't recommend this VIP No. 1 to ANYONE.
By the way, the administrator gets confused about the days of the week and almost charged me the amount for the weekend rate. Always check the prices yourself!

We booked a room a week before 6, confirmed the day before the scheduled date. It turned out that other people did not confirm the reservation and came to 5. Since there were fewer of us, we were moved to another room, which, of course, was worse than the original one. They did not make a discount, they did not compensate for their own mistake in any way. The administrator said that she did not know how she could fix her mistake, apologized 100 times, but, unfortunately, this did not change the situation. The celebration took place anyway, but the impression is spoiled.
Finding an administrator is also a problem. Employees are no different from visitors (no badge of any kind, no identification marks). We went up to the 2nd floor 4 times and went back down in an attempt to figure out who to contact. There was no one at any of the counters. We called the specified phones several times, which first directed us to the 2nd floor, then to the first.
Regarding the room: the floors are dirty, the sound is not of the best quality, there are only a couple of games on the console (about 4 races, 3 fights and gta). We were warned right away: karaoke may turn off once an hour, you will need to turn it on again. One of the advantages: the presence of a corkscrew at the reception desk. That's all. The joysticks from the set-top box were almost empty, the sound went into the speakers only when the joystick was connected by wire. Accordingly, in order to play and listen to the sounds of the game from the speaker, you must apparently sit next to the speaker on short legs.
We booked a room in this place spontaneously, the 4-star reviews were not confused, because the main thing for us was to find at least some place. But we could not have expected that our reservation would simply be canceled on the same day. We won't come here anymore

1. Joysticks, we had two of them and it is clear that they are battered, since the sticks did not work well
2. It seems to me that one administrator is not enough, a person could barely cope with everyone, I had to come to him every other time. It would be better if there was some help to solve all the issues at once
3. Microwave oven, it seemed strange to me that it says bring food with you, but to reheat it again, you can only do it once and then not much
