1. The hall is poorly cleaned, there are always empty cups on the tables and mountains of napkins.
2. The staff does not know the menu, gets confused about the names and ingredients. I asked if there was any cheese foam, and in response I heard something indistinct.
3. VERY sweet drinks, which are not even warned about. All decent establishments offer a scale of the sweetness of the drink and give you a choice, here you get a sugar coma for your own money.
4. Well, in good places, the glasses are sealed with a film so that you can shake the drink.
