I have been ordering goods from this company for almost a year, everything has always been good and fast enough, but here's the caveat, the goods that were shipped before the Chinese New Year were very late and have not arrived yet, but are expected within a week at last. The nuance is that if the company had given me a clear and precise answer, there would have been no previous review, but they wrote to me to wait up to 90 days, such an answer. Plus, it turned out that my product was not insured, although I wrote that insurance was needed. But in the insurance situation, both sides are to blame, they didn't carefully read what I wrote, and it's also my fault that I didn't check the invoice they sent, and there was nothing in the insurance column. As compensation, they offered to make a new order with partial payment, and the rest upon arrival in Moscow, generally not a bad offer. As a result, the company is not bad, they have fairly low prices for shipping and packaging, plus a loyalty system for regular customers.
