We celebrated the coprorative in this institution. Friendly staff, try to serve promptly. Good pilaf and manti. We didn't like the salads, they were all greens with balsamic sauce. We were asked to bring champagne glasses, and they brought us 2 glasses with lipstick prints... When it was pointed out, it was replaced. There was a good New Year's Eve program, dancers. But they played the same music in a circle. In general, it's an average institution, I wouldn't go there a second time.

Coming to visit Belarusians and going to a teahouse is about me. What I liked was the large portions, where I order Caesar salad, and I decided to order manti for the salad, and the compote was just super delicious.
When I made an order, I wanted to order 3 pieces of manta rays, I ask what size the manta rays are, they showed me, I say let's have 5 pieces, I think the salad will be like "spit" on a plate))) I was so wrong. They bring me my Caesar... and I understand that 2 mantas will be superfluous, well, that's how it turned out, they didn't fit.
As for my taste preferences, I liked Caesar, but manti, the dough is good, and the meat (I understand that naturally) turned out like cutlets in a dough. Maybe this is a feature of cooking in Belarus, I haven't figured it out yet.
The atmosphere is not bad, I liked the colors and lighting, as for the music that was playing, (I liked it) does not match the institution.

We decided to celebrate the upcoming anniversary, but before the celebration we went to test the kitchen.The first time there was no electricity, they offered to come in either in 2 hours, or better on March 8. And so they did. We arrived at 3 p.m. Almost all the lamb dishes and all the dough were missing. There was one cook, 4 tables were busy, so we waited for 40 minutes. I think we need to prepare for the holidays more responsibly, especially since we recommended this day ourselves. From the cuisine, I can say that only dolma looked like Uzbek cuisine. Everything else can be tried everywhere, although all dishes are positioned as national dishes on the menu. There is very little training for the staff, and this is understandable, because, as the waiter said, she is there on a side job.The prices for such high-quality food and service are not small. We're giving this place another chance to celebrate its anniversary.

We celebrated a corporate party. Comparing the last one in December of the 23rd year and this one in December of the 24th year, we can say with confidence that the institution has changed for the worse. The dishes are not tasty and the volume is much smaller (this was noted by everyone in our company) The service is also poor. There were no banal napkins and toothpicks on the table. Some of our wishes, which we voiced to the administrator when ordering, have not been taken into account! When we were at the table, we were told that there would be no several dishes, and we were offered a substitute. Since there were no options, I had to agree. By the way, the menu was ordered in advance and paid for before the day of the event.
There was only one waiter working for the entire establishment.
As a result, I will write that I will not recommend this institution to anyone, unfortunately. It was much better last year.

On the weekend, the family visited Tea House number 1. We were very impressed by the polite waiters, pleasant atmosphere and, most importantly, delicious dishes. Unique pilaf, original and sooooo delicious light salads, divine dessert. A very pleasant and relaxing atmosphere. We immediately realized that Tea House number 1 would become our favorite family restaurant. We recommend it to everyone!!!

I'm not a fan of pilaf at all, but I decided to try the branded teahouse pilaf and I really liked it! I also took a hodgepodge, the taste is not as "standard" as everywhere else, there is an interesting highlight. We brought friends from Crimea to our capital. They wanted to impress. The visit to Khatyn was impressive and exciting. However, our understanding of the foot seems to be at odds with the institution's understanding of this procedure. For bread! With vodka, and later with tomato juice, our men ran to the nearest store. The sauce offered by the waiter waited until the meat was eaten. And they had already refused tea and dolma, and they had been begging for food for more than 2 hours. I do not recommend visiting. The taste of the dishes is far from acceptable. The work of the staff is sleepy, insecure flies. Totally embarrassed in front of your friends! Prosperity to this institution from the bottom of my heart.

We celebrated at the Tea House on Pobediteley Ave., 49. We did not make a pre-order- we agreed with the administrator that we would order everything on the spot, warning in advance about the reason..Bottom line: the cognac was brought to us in an opened bottle, saying that there was no other! they had 2 servings of shrimp left, the bun was brought hot, but after cooling it became wooden (it was heated before serving, sprinkled with water), the barbecue was served in bulk mixed with vegetables ordered as a separate dish, the French fries were burnt on top and raw inside! They didn't let us dance, although we asked the admin to include something suitable for our occasion. The only advantage was that we were alone and chose a convenient location for our table. Never set foot in this place again!!!

We were passing through Minsk with a children's football team and went to feed the children soup, t, K. after 2 hours the train was already leaving. The place looks beautiful and was greeted by a friendly receptionist in a three-piece suit. They asked if there is chicken soup, how much does it cost and how long will it be served? To which he said it would cost 10 rubles soup and 4 rubles flatbread, which would take no more than 10 minutes to wait. Finally: 1. We waited 35-40 minutes. 2. The cost has increased significantly, because he came up with some percentage of the total amount, which he did not inform us about at the entrance. .3. He confronted us with the fact after the children had already eaten everything that payment was only in cash or he was ready to take dollars at a ridiculous rate. There were 39 of us and he assured us that everything would be very fast for such a number of children. As a result, Sayazi fed the children with this deception for the cost of a full complex in a good dining room. I do not recommend this institution for cheating on cooking and divorce by price. Do not lead us to a friendly meeting!!!

There was a long wait for the dishes, there was only fat in the shurp, the chicken noodles were too salty, half of the dishes were missing, the service was slow, there was no soap or towels in the toilets, and the sink was clogged. The price tag for such a level is too high for the word at all. Considering that there are few normal places for lunch near Victory Park, it is better to go somewhere else.

We came with my wife on a mini vacation to Minsk, and accidentally decided to have dinner at this place, which turned out to be a huge mistake.
When we entered, we were greeted by a polite and elegant receptionist (or manager, I don't know) in a three-piece suit and offered to choose a table for ourselves. I thought that maybe we had the wrong place and this is an expensive place since we are so smartly greeted, and the place itself is very beautiful inside, but that was the end of it.
A waitress came up to us, who absolutely did not know the menu, it feels like she was not even familiar with oriental cuisine at all. To my question, "samsa is cooked in a tandoor," she replied, "well, samsa is such a dish, and in general I do not know." I went to clarify, came back and said that there was no samsa at all, as well as mantas. In general, there were a lot of things that did not happen, and this is already a huge minus.
Next, we tried to order khachapuri. There were two items on the menu: "khachapuri in Ajarian style" and "khachapuri on the grill". When I asked how they differ, she told me that the first one is with cheese, and the second one is with egg. It was funny to us at first, you never know if she works the first day. But then when they started bringing food, we felt really sad.
My wife ordered a lagman, when it was brought, we were horrified. Lagman had the usual store-bought spaghetti, and the cheapest. I haven't had my order delivered for 40 minutes. When they finally brought khachapuri, may the Georgians forgive me, because it cannot be called khachapuri, it turned out to be terrible. There was almost no cheese, the dough was raw. They forgot about the grub at all and did not bring it.
As a result, we paid 40 rubles for Lagman and Cheburek and went from there to Mac. As a result, the evening of the vacation is ruined.
Bought into the 4.2 rating. Don't believe her and don't go into this place.

When, in March 2025, the question arose of where to have dinner on a weekday in a warm family circle on the occasion of the Birthday of one of us, the choice fell on the Tea House on Pobediteley Avenue. The location is convenient, Parking is available. And having recently arrived from sunny Tashkent, we decided to refresh our memory of the taste of national cuisine, so to speak, to refresh our memories.
Further, everything was not quite rosy, I can immediately make a reservation that 2 stars only thanks to the administrator, who, apparently knowing all the disadvantages awaiting us, was very pleasant in communication, polite and attentive.
In short, there was a feeling that the pilaf we ordered (about 2 kg. for a large company) and a plate of kebabs were clearly not prepared the day before or even on the day of our arrival. And of course, it couldn't be compared to a real pilaf. By the way, the tomato salad that came with the pilaf was also not served to us for some reason. 🤷
The salad with oranges recommended by the administrator consisted of a mountain of green salad, several pieces of eggplant and a slice of orange. Don't ice it, guys, for 25 bel.rubles to eat a green salad. By the way, it would be nice to write the composition of salads and the list of ingredients in them in the menu.
Dolma turned out to be available only in the amount of one serving, and judging by its appearance, it probably remained cooked from the weekend.
There were also questions about drinks, for example, mineral water was not available, I had to buy it at a nearby store, thanks to the administrator, I turned a blind eye to this.
They forgot to bring the ordered fruit tea at all, only then they saw it on the payment receipt, initially they thought that they had simply forgotten to write it down when they took the order. But no! It was included in the receipt after all.
It's a huge disadvantage for the cook, if he was there, of course. We ordered a samsa, and there was only one available. One of our guests saw how a girl, like a kitchen worker, after accepting an order for samsa, threw it into a frying pan, warmed it up and brought it to us. As you can imagine, it didn't taste like much.
It's just darkness. We do not recommend this place, at least on weekdays. If you went there to have dinner, and the room is empty... run!
P.S. the next day, one of our guests spent the day with signs of poisoning. Is this a coincidence? I don't think so! 🤔
