Positive:
A great guest house! It is located in a quiet location. Large, cozy rooms, beautiful view from the balcony (we had a sea view). Everything is perfectly clean, new furniture, especially comfortable large beds. A large kitchen with all the necessary modern equipment, there has never been a crowd in the kitchen. There were no interruptions with water, because there was its own well. The owner, Alexander Ivanovich, strictly keeps order, so there was always silence. All our wishes and requests were fully satisfied. The sea is very clean, there is never a crowd of people on the beach, 7-10 minutes walk to the sea, shops and canteens are nearby.
Minuses:
The only thing, as in the whole of Abkhazia, were blackouts, but they were short-term, for 30-40 minutes, and then not every day.

Great hotel.
The rooms are perfectly clean.
Everything is thought out and very convenient.
The furniture, mattresses, linen are all new and clean. Good plumbing. Everything works.
The sea is nearby. The view is gorgeous.
Special thanks to the owner for the order and cleanliness of the hotel.

A wonderful guest house, the owner Alexander Ivanovich is wonderful, he keeps an eye on everything. The cleanliness is perfect, the guest house is new,the furniture, the mattresses are new,the linen is snow-white!!!I really enjoyed my vacation!!!

A wonderful hotel! On the day of arrival, they were greeted like family, it was obvious that they were waiting. Perfect cleanliness and order everywhere. The rooms are spacious. Furniture, mattress, linen - everything is new and of excellent quality. Stunning panoramic view from the balcony! The host, Alexander Ivanovich, is a man of his word and deeds, solves all the questions of the guests instantly. Everything in the hotel is designed for a comfortable stay. I definitely recommend it! Many things are forbidden, the kitchen is small, laundry is paid, electricity is often turned off (although it does not apply to the hotel itself, but it will affect the rest) poor location on a steep hill. I will say that it is definitely not the best option!

We had a rest in August 2021. The hotel is new, everything is clean in the rooms. Among the disadvantages: a shared kitchen on the street, electricity is turned off (but this is everywhere in Abkhazia), you have to climb uphill (when tired from the sea and already exhausted), you can not hang clothes outside (only in the room on the dryer). Among the advantages: a responsive host, a new hotel, nature, not far from the sea, a gorgeous view of the sea.

We rested with my husband and children for two weeks. I really liked it! An attentive maid, keeps order, cleaned the room and changed the linen during the time. The guest house is equipped with CCTV cameras, quiet and peaceful. The lights were turned off, but the generator was turned on and we did not suffer and our products did not disappear. I do not recommend visiting this guest house. Bed linen is changed every six days. The administration does not follow the order of accommodation. There are drinking parties in the shared kitchen until late at night. The lights are turned off several times a day, because of this, the food in the refrigerator disappears.
